“I’M SLEEPING NAKED ON A MOUNTAIN OF MONEY”

Last night British corporate consultant, Gareth Mills slept NAKED on a MOUNTAIN OF MONEY

Gareth assures me that this in NOT his normal behaviour.

But last night he was CELEBRATING!

You see, Gareth just made 6 SALES of his new corporate coaching program in the LAST 5 DAYS.

The program is sold for £5,000.

So Gareth has just had a £30,000 WEEK!

When I met Gareth he was like a lot of consultants.

The product was his TIME. In other words TRAINING and COACHING were delivered PERSONALLY.

Gareth used my system to build a product that DRASTICLY SHAVED TIME off his delivery.

So, this income Gareth made is what marketing types call “SCALABLE!”.

I have a case study video explaining HOW he, and a handful of other clients PERFORMED last month.

It SHOWS RESULTS, and HOW IT WORKS!

If you would like a FREE COPY, then click the link below.

http://members.marketingfightclub.com/case-study

PS: The other results showcased are…
- A financial planner getting a 5000% RETURN on his ad spend in 13 days
- A sales coach MAKING $48,000 LAST MONTH.
- A consultant to the accounting industry potentially GENERATING £108,000 IN NEW SALES.
- And of course MR. MONEY BED, GARETH.

[Re: Understated Englishman Sleeping Naked On A Mountain Of Money]

Last night British corporate consultant, Gareth Mills slept naked on a mountain of money…

Gareth is generally quite understated and assures me that this in not his normal behaviour.

But last night he was celebrating.

You see, Gareth just made 6 sales of his new corporate coaching program in the last 5 days.

The program is sold for £5,000.

So Gareth has just had a £30,000 week.

I’m not certain what this translates to in Aussie Dollars, but suffice to say, it’s a lot.

When I met Gareth he was like a lot of consultants in that he product they sold was basically his time.

In other words training and coaching that was delivered personally.

Gareth used my system to build himself a product that required less of his time to deliver.

So, this income Gareth made is what marketing types call “scalable”.

I’ve whipped up a case study video explaining how he, and a handful of other clients performed last month.

It shows their results, and what they did that made it actually work.

I’d like you to have a copy of this.

If this sounds like something you could use, then click the link below to get yourself a copy.

PPS: All these results are just from the last month, so all the strategy is definitely relevant and not out performing other methods I’ve tested.

[Applications For Cult Leader Are Now Open…]

If you want to build a thriving consulting business in the modern age, there are two real options…

One is clean and one is a little more dirty…

One… Go on the quest of self preparation, so that one day you are ready to lead your field…

Two… Become a cult leader…

The people who have cult leader status today got there by following a single strategy…

The strategy is DO… And then REPORT…

In other words, they didn’t prepare…

They just got dirty…

Made mistakes… And learned from them…

And most importantly… They shared the journey with a group of followers…

Their followers weren’t looking for a perfect leader. They were looking for someone with the balls to do the thing they were afraid to do.

The thing they were afraid to do was lead…

People are afraid to lead because they feel they are not ready… They feel they need to iron out their flaws.

But… To be a leader you don’t need to hide your flaws. It actually helps to have them.

Without flaws, your audience won’t relate to you.

That’s why super heroes from the comic books all had a weakness.

Imagine Super Man without the weakness to Kryptonite…

It would be a pretty predictable and boring story if he was perfect.

But as soon as he’s all messed up and suffering, we feel his humanness…

We relate.

Anyway, you get the point.

Becoming a cult leader is a good thing.

It requires little to no preparation apart from the skillset you’ve got.

There is nothing to fix within yourself.

Just a willingness to be human, and to help those in need… And maybe get paid well for it…

Ironically, the role of cult leader has far less pressure and a far greater reward than the path of perfecting oneself.

Choice is yours.

Follow the path that needs perfection before productivity.

Or, become a cult leader.

(Insert secret hand shake here)

Adam

PS: I’m finishing up a training for members of my mastermind this week.

It’s a simple strategy that my client Sally used to generate $74K in 5 days… Without spending a cent on advertising.

I’m going to be selling this, but am going to give away a few copies for free… As a thank you for being in my cult…

Do you want a copy? Just type "Yes My Leader" into the the comments section below and I'll add you to the list

[Sipping Lattés on the Consulting Titanic…]

** By 2020, 40% of the US workforce will be freelance independent consultants **

Imagine being on the Titanic… And knowing it was going to sink…

But instead of making your rescue plans, you sat back on the top deck and ordered a latte.

Lattes are lovely…

Sinking on a cruise ship is not…

“What are you talking about Adam, you silly little potato?” I hear you ask.

Well, according to a recent study by tech co Intuit, by 2020, the amount of independent consultants in the US workforce will rise to 40% of the entire workforce.

If you are currently earning your dough selling your consulting services, then you’re about to have a lot more competition.

If you’re not yet consulting, or just starting out, then you’re part of the greatest employment migration since the industrial revolution.

Now, I’m not saying this to scare you. (Although I’d rather you were scared instead of apathetic.)

My point is the Titanic is sinking. In fact, it started sinking a while ago.

The old way of doing business is now obsolete.

Your business may be doing okay right now. But can you compete with an extra few million folks chasing after your prospects?

Fear mongering aside… I think the freelance economy is possibly the greatest business opportunity since the turn of the century… So long as you’re prepared.

So in the interest of dot point solutions… Here are 4 ways to prepare yourself for the freelance revolution.

• Create a less sucky offer

If your product or service is similar to or looks a lot like other folks, then people are going to buy from the cheapest offering.

Why do you say this Adam, You silly little potato…?

Because, if your prospect doesn’t know the difference between you and the other bloke, then they will look for a difference in price.

It’s called commoditisation. Which is a 6 syllable way of saying, “You’re just like everyone else, so I’ll go with the cheaper option”

The way we avoid this is by developing your offer… Your offer is what your audience hears when they ask you what you do.

If you say you’re a business coach, then people will shop on price… However, if you say you help businesses increase revenue on average by 20%, then you can avoid commoditisation.

There are tonnes of ways to create sexy and less sucky offers… But for now, I just want you to get the point.

• Build a marketing engine

One of the best ways to avoid being chucked in the “Just like the other guys” bucket is to build a solid marketing engine.

A marketing engine is an online system that:
• attracts prospects
• educates them on what they need to know in order to be successful at what you can help them be successful at
• educate them on why you’re the guy they need to speak to

There are a bunch of reasons why you need a marketing engine…
• They build you as the Authority
• They attract leads while you sleep
• They help you reach folks you aren’t directly connected to
• They give you massive control over growth

But also, they give you a huge competitive advantage: while the other guys are running around chasing business, you have a machine doing this for you…

This frees up your time to develop your other strategies.

• Learn How To Buy Clients

One of the biggest mistakes I have made in my business career is not embracing paid advertising sooner.

In the last year, most of my clients have come from Facebook marketing.

The next biggest source of clients has been referrals from the clients who have come from Facebook.

“My clients aren’t on Facebook” is one of the biggest errors I hear from consultants.

Let me just say, that your clients may not be dressed up in their suit and acting all “work like” on Facebook… But they are there. And they are looking for you.

Now when I say Facebook… I’m not talking about cat videos, regurgitated motivational memes and the other usual social media activities.

I’m talking about the most sophisticated personal profiling system in the history of the universe. A system designed for the sole purpose of selling your stuff.

“You can’t say ‘Universe’ Adam, you silly little potato!” I hear you retort.

Yes… Yes, I can…

I am certain that even advanced Alien technologies aren’t designed to sell you stuff…

My advice to those getting into paid advertising is this… Get a good teacher and stick with it… You may not crack the code straight away. But you will get there.

Now, I’m not going to say this period we are entering is going to be easy.

In fact, it is going to be a struggle for a lot of folks.

But, there is no point dreaming about better days.

There is no point complaining about it.

The best time to prepare for this was a few years ago… The second best time is today.

The choice is yours. Order another latte… Or get off the sinking ship…

[Meet My Friend Bruce… He Sucks…]

I’ve got a friend called Bruce… I think you may know him…

Every time I have a new idea or strategy I want to test for my business, Bruce tells me why it won’t work.

Every time I put a new promotional video up Bruce tells me what’s wrong with it.

Every time I want to do something new that involves backing myself, Bruce warns me play it safe.

Every time I see a new opportunity, Bruce tells me I need is more to prepare before I’m ready.

I used to listen to Bruce… I thought he meant well…

But he doesn’t.

Bruce is an as***le…

Bruce has cost me millions of dollars. And he’s probably cost you the same.

He’s the reason your business isn’t where you want it to be.

He’s the reason why you’ve put off promoting yourself with any real gusto for the last few years.

He’s the reason why you watch from the sideline, instead of getting amongst it on the field.

He doesn’t care about you…

He cares about himself…

If you succeed, he fails…

If you quit, he wins…

Does Bruce sound familiar?

He may be a friend… A relation… He may even be a mentor…!!!

He might just be a little voice in the back of your head… He may be talking to you right now…

(Funny thing is, there’s a good chance you just said to yourself… “That’s rubbish… I don’t talk to myself…”)

Either way.

Don’t listen to Bruce.

Back Yourself… Go For It…

If you tired of Bruce dictating your level of success, then I can help.

If your reading this, then my guess is you want your consulting business to be successful.

At least more successful than it is right now.

I’m not going to promise you rainbows and unicorns all the way to 7 figures.

Truth is it gets hard before it gets easy.

What I can promise you is that it can be done.

But you need to break up with Bruce first… Or at least ignore the s**t that he speaks.

If you're sick of Bruce... Type "Bruce Sucks" in the comments below

Do that now.

It's Your Job To P**s Off Your Prospects

[Marketing Fight Club Musings Episode 6...]
It's Your Job To P**s Off Your Prospects

Your prospects are bored.

They hate their job or business situation.

Their life is boring.

They want to make changes.

They want to live an interesting life...

But they're stuck...

They're stuck because of Indoctrinated Apathy.

Indoctrinated Apathy occurs when the s**tty situation you are in is slightly more comfortable than the thought of changing it.

You're not competing with other service providers for their business... You're competing with the inaction of your audience...

You're competing with their couch...

You're competing with the job they hate... Or their business that’s grinding along

You're competing with cat videos and the other pointless mundane s**t that gives them a 10 second release from their daily lives.

They want change.

They want to live up to their potential.

They want to be the guy or girl living an amazing life...

But they're not... And you need to remind them of this until they're pi**ed off enough to do something about it.

Do it

PS: If you’re that person… Who’s pi**ed off enough with your situation to do something about it… Let me know…

The Business Is Hard Lie

[Marketing Fight Club Musings Episode 5 (I think)]

"Business is Hard" is the biggest lie you can tell yourself...

Business itself is not the hard part...

Having a crappy business is hard...

Being a human is hard...

But Business... No...

Business has a couple of core activities...

Market... Sell... Deliver... Administer...

But, part of being a human is to sometimes resist what is in our best interest... This is what makes it hard...

Win the game between your ears and you win the game of business...

[Trump Style Marketing ROI... Without The Orange Face]

Do you want a return on your marketing spend…?

Of course you do.

Why else would you do it.

In this email I’m going to let you in on a little secret.

Most consultant marketing sucks.

The reason why is people play it safe with their ads and copywriting.

They try not to upset people. They copy the big gurus. They look at what their competition is doing and try and emulate that.

This why it sucks.

Same messages.

Same claims.

Similar styles.

Yawn

Before you risk money on an advertising campaign… Take risks with your words.

Be interesting.

Tell people what you really think.

Tell your audience something that may offend some of them.

Donald Trump did it… and see what that got him

Hillary didn’t do it… And see what that got her

She spent 4 times what he did on advertising. And lost.

She lost because she didn’t take any risks with her words. Instead she took risks with her wallet… And failed.

Now… I’m not saying you need to paint yourself orange, get a weird hairdo and turn into an as***le to get your point across.

I’m just saying, share your opinion… with conviction.

Let the market decide if they find it interesting or not.

I guarantee you’ll get a better response with that than sending out a boring conservative PC message to your market.

Adam

[WTF Is My USP...?]

Standing out in business can be hard.

There are a lot of consultants competing for attention in the marketplace.

This leads to a lot of noise… which makes most marketing efforts become white noise…

The good news here is that your market generally will ignore your competition.

The bad news however, is they will also ignore you.

One of the ways to cut through the noise is to sharpen your USP…

USP stands for “Unique Selling Proposition”…

In other words, the reason why your market should be talking to you… Not your competition.

Most consultants I speak to, struggle to articulate a decent USP.

Unfortunately, “I’m More Better” is not a good one.

Signs of a s**tty USP are pretty obvious…
• Your business will be hard work to grow.
• Your prospects will be shopping on price.
• They will be asking you for more information, instead of handing over the cash.
• And, they simply won’t be buying from you.

The following question I considered when crafting a decent USP…

1. Can You Simplify: Simplifying the process your prospects go through will obviously help you stand out in the marketplace.

Simplification removes the resistance your prospects go through in achieving the outcomes they’re after, and therefore makes you more appealing and valuable.

It also reduces the barrier to entry, because you’re making it easier for them to begin.

This is great if your target market it Is more of a beginner market.

2. Can You Complicate: Improving the results your clients achieve by adding extra steps and specialisation will make you more appealing to advanced sections of the marketplace.

A more advanced target client will already have the fundamentals in place.

They welcome increased complexity, as a pathway to improved performance.

By adding complexity, you can become more appealing to this type of client.

3. Can You Make It More Exclusive: Often people try to appeal to everyone in an attempt to make more sales.

However, trying to be everything to everyone usually leads to being nothing to nobody.

By making your offer more exclusive, and reducing your audience size you can stand out more in your marketplace.

Some loose examples of this are… Coaching just plumbers OR Financial advice exclusively for people 10 years from retirement.

4. Can You Innovate The Process Or The Outcome: If you can create a new way of doing something… Or help people achieve an outcome previously thought impossible, you’re going to a stand out in your market.

As always, if you need help… Let me know…
