From the granite floor, marble walls, to the back fully open to 's gardens and the most beautiful staircase in the world, one may begin to understand why this is considered 's best work by many. The spacial flow is remarkable, and the details contribute to it - no handrails, and the parapets are so low both to remain unseen from ground floor and act as benches during receptions. The overall engineering stretch that allowed such a thin slab to span 30m is rather incredible, especially considering the added load of the staircase, detailed by Milton Ramos, a very talented contributor in this project. A very large venue with three rooms, it contains a very interesting foyer disguised as a green-house with gardens by Roberto . Unfortunately in a state of denial by the authorities, its full cultural potential is far from being utilized.
