Gym fuel -ใ€‹ 2 Wholemeal crumpets, 2 Egg whites, 1/2 Avocado smashed with lemon & pepper, 2 Semi-dried tomato strips.

Usually about 2hrs after before the gym so it digests properly, and then ๐Ÿ’ฏ energy!
