Michael Payton
The son of a worship pastor, Michael started learning piano at the age of four. At the age of 18 He surrendered to God's call to worship ministry.
He wrote his first song at the age of 7 and sang on stage at church with his family from his childhood. It was then that Michael learned guitar and began to write worship songs and lead worship at camps, revivals and various churches. Michael's passion is writing music that can be used by God's people to give glory to Him. Beyond writing music, Michael loves nothing more than leading God's people in worship.

Been out with pneumonia for a couple weeks but was glad to be at church this Sunday! Got to play keys. Electric and lead one song, but it wore me out! Looking forward to getting back in the flow this coming Sunday!

Was honored to have been Ordained into the gospel ministry this weekend by my church. I am humbled and commit to lead and serve with integrity and to faithfully fill the role that God has called me to as worship pastor.
