Here at Casa Hoppy Dwarf, the AC has been on the fritz for a few days now. The silver lining is all these delicious spring fresh grass and honeysuckle aromas are wafting through the house all day long. So that inspired a second batch of Elvish Elixir, now with local raw orange blossom honey added during primary fermentation! The yeast seem to like it...

The Oak chips are now soaking in Scotch Whiskey....soon they will be added to our winter warmer, DragonFyre. Brewed with bitter orange peel and cinnamon sticks, I cannot WAIT to sample this one.

The best part of hyrodmeter readings is the disposal of the sample...damn that's purty! Flavor profile is reminiscent of mango, passion fruit, and tangerine.

SCIENCE! Our Immortal IPA clocks in at 6.4% alcohol.
Well, we finished at $700 in our first fund-raising campaign! A big thank-you to all who contributed and shared our quest with your circles.
