Our good friend just harvested this beautiful bull moose in the Rocky Mountains! Piper isn’t new to hunting, she has been hunting along side her father Jake, seen here, since she was knee high to a grasshopper. Big ups to Piper, we’re so happy the came in handy during the hunt. What a wonderful sustainable way to fill the family freezer!

Knock a muthaf*^kin virus out! We made our own brass door handle hook/buttonpusher/bottle opener cause we didn’t like any of the lame foreign ones we found. Mild Summer and Fall weather led to an absolute banner year for mushroom foraging in The Pacific Northwest. We came out with a haul of Chanterelles. Now it’s time to saute’ with a little garlic, onions, butter and white wine. Simple and delicious fast food!
