St Bart's Rosary Alter Society will hold it's first Greatest Indoor Garage/Craft Sale March 17, 2018 at Marian Hall. We have posted the seller rules and registration forms, if you need more information please contact us directly. RAS is also accepted donated items to sell from our table.

Vendor Rules
1. Seller agrees to be responsible for any and all injuries or damages to person or property arising from occupancy of space or seller activity. In effect from set up on Friday through closing on Saturday.
2. St. Bartholomew and/or Rosary Alter Society are not responsible for theft or damage to seller goods.
3. The seller understands and agrees the following items are not permitted to be sold or held:
A. Guns or fire arms of any type
B. To***co products including E-Cigarettes or va**ng supplies
C. Alcohol or Liquor
D. Concession type food or beverage, including individual servings of beverages or food items
E. Live animals of any type (cats, dogs, fish, reptiles, etc.)
F. Any item deemed illegal by the Commonwealth of PA
G. No games of chance, skill or raffles
4. Seller may not attach any items to the walls with fasteners, nails, tacks or other items that may damage wall surfaces.
5. Seller is responsible to clean their area upon leaving. Cardboard boxes and unwanted items must be removed by the seller. Garbage cans are provided for the buyers only.
6. Your table will be assigned to you, on a first come first serve basis.
7. Set up of Friday, March 16, 2018 from noon (12:00) to 7:00 PM and the morning of the sale beginning at 7:00 AM.
8. Doors open to the public at 8:00 AM on Saturday, March 17, 2018.
9. Set up fee is one (1) table for $15.00 or two (2) tables for $25.00. Maximum number of tables per seller is two (2).
10. No refunds; including but not limited to inclement weather.
11. At 1:00 PM, all seller names will be placed into a raffle. Raffle prize will consist of refund of table rental and a gift card. Must be present to win.
12. No Smoking or drugs on permitted on premise.
13. St, Bartholomew Church/RAS reserves the right to add additional restrictions as needed.
