I’ve been very very quiet on my page as I’ve been enjoying my little bubble with my princess but it will soon be time for me to return to work! I plan to start back in December for a few days a week. Appointments will be limited until March when I will be planning to open my diary further.

Things I wish I knew in my first year of Hairdressing!
1. There’s no 9 to 5....ever!
2. Forget lunch it will be a fond memory.
3. You will learn the brand of hairspray by taste.
4. You will learn the skill of nodding and communicating over a hairdryer with the skill of a therapist.
5. Hair you get out of your skin won’t be ever be yours.
6. You will be on your feet all day...ALL day!
7. You will hurt yourself -cuts, burns and hunger pains.
8. You will do formulas in your head like Einstein
9. Small things like going to the toilet, sitting down and silence are really big things.
10. You will learn a foreign language.
11. You will often drive home with colour on .....and you will feel grateful.
12. You will watch and learn ,learn and watch, watch and learn........forever
13. But you will love it.....there’s no job like it!

New addition for CoCa Rae, very excited this morning to get this plumbed up and fitted ❤️

I loved working with Sandra yesterday! I never know what I will be doing, it’s exciting our appointments! 🤣😂

So I started by stripping and removing the Hot pink from Sandra’s hair. I was left with a blue/purple 😮 I then got to work to equalise the tone and lift the hair to be left with a more natural colour with different tones going through. Took 6 1/2 hours but was worth it 🤪🤩 Sandra Morrison

These are Semi permanent colours, to enhance and intensify natural and colour hair (unless added to pre lightened hair, then results will be more vibrant)

They are excellent for adding to blondes, children’s hair for a bit of fun and for adding richness to brunettes.
They do not leave regrowth and completely wash away after 6-10 shampoos depending on porosity.
Ammonia and peroxide free

So we have had an update this morning and it looks like July is when we will be able to work again. This is devastating news for our hair and my buisness.
I have not earned a penny since the start of lockdown/ start of march as I had quite a few cancellations (due to worry and fear, which was the right thing to do) So it has been hard for me and my family. This being said we are safe and in good health. I can not wait to see you all again 🥰

I love when I hear a client say “I want something a bit different” so after a consultation, we weaved some loganberry Colour through underneath to add some interest and toned with Pulp Riot Icy toner 😍❤️

It is very important to fill in blonde before attempted a colour , so first of all we went through and pre pigmented the whole head, filling in the areas where it was needed 🌈
