Amaranth porridge with agarve…
The benefits of amaranth: it's a complete protein that has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. It's also rich in fiber and has shown to fight heart disease and digestive problems.
fried plantains, Japanese swet potatoe mash and mixed veg soup… perfect for dinner time 🙏 tasted awesome 🌟

Tomorrow I’m watching daughter #3 marry! I’m so very excited 😜
Well today has been awesome and it’s not even finished yet! I had a huge box of organic veg delivered 😳 unexpectedly btw!!
Then went to craft club where we laughed, chatted and crafted for a few hours, it really lifts my spirits! Then had an impromptu visit from some of my tribe, then took out for a cuppa with my friend/family 💜 I’m surrounded by beautiful souls
Yesterday was a bit of a tough day… the enormity of what lays ahead was overwhelming!
However, I woke to a beautiful message from someone I worked with years ago and they offered to contribute monthly to help with the cost of treatment!
I was dumbfounded and my initial response was, thank you but I cannot accept. I was then reminded of a time I offered them assistance when they needed it, and once they reassured me they would only help if they had enough I humbly accepted their help.
As the day progressed, my sibling reached out with a simple message, "send me your digits," which brought tears to my eyes. Their reminder that "every little helps" struck a chord. I've struggled with accepting help, stemming from a script rooted in my past where my own needs weren't a priority. Interestingly, this very experience led me to become a psychotherapist, albeit it also left me feeling guilty when receiving assistance.
Over the past year I had lost faith in my beliefs that “what you give comes back 10 fold” but I’m honestly starting to believe it again. I am so so blessed and I am surrounded by love and positivity. Thank you to all my friends and family (and strangers) for everyone who follows my journey, buys my art & hippie scarfs, supports my loved ones, listens to me and cares. My gratitude is boundless.
Taking orders for thes beauties. You choose the colours- £25 each , deposit £15 needed upon ordering! Please not made to order so allow upto 4 weeks!
All funds will help with cost of my metastatic breast cancer treatments 💪🥰

16 years ago I was first diagnosed with breast cancer… I fought so hard whilst taking chemo and radio and my young children were brought up by my second eldest daughter as I lay in bed essentially dying 🤷🏻♀️ I have 5 children, 4💗 & 1💙.
My youngest, Maxwell was around 4/5 I pleaded to the universe to help me stay alive long enough to watch my boy become a man🥹 my prayers were answered. Look at the handsome man he has become. So very proud and extremely grateful 🥲 my life is full of love 💗 💗💗💗💙
My personal nutritionist is in the house 🏠
💛&💜💓💓💓💓💙
Together we are rising up to the challenge. My daughters are researching, funding the fenbendazole protocol and ensuring we’re in tiptop condition. John 💛 and friends are supplying fruit and veg when possible- my son in laws are supporting my daughters along side my children all supporting each other! My pride is immense !!! I can’t tag everyone who’s supporting me but you know who you are ❤️ I deserve to be here and so do you!!
Spending time with my youngest daughter and my grandson… blessed with joy # # #
A fridge full of my non processed alkaline foods!
Thank you to everyone who has helped so far. Friends who have grown or sourced veg for me, my 3rd daughter bulk cooking, everyone researching, my children contributing to cost of fenbendazole protocol and the research involved and daughter #2 getting my the fridge- my thanks are not enough to show my appreciation xx together we are stronger
All this will cost around £150-£280 pm. My family are all contributing so that I can start this very promising and well researched protocol. ! Check it out x
Thank god I researched!!! Edited post**
This isn’t something I read about happening to someone! THIS HAPPENED TO ME, my dr was very open about my findings and sent me other options once he’d completed his research into the link between morphine and breast cancer. Your hearing this first hand!!
