So it’s day 2 of the C9 for me today and Day 1 has already left me feeling motivated and ready to take on the 9 Days 👊. Some of my learnings from Day 1 are all in the planning 😀 Hopefully this will help other people doing the C9 who have other people to feed. Preparing food for other people is definitely the challenging area for me.
Firstly I have learnt to set an alarm to take my Garcinia 20 minutes before the children are about to eat. I can set it to go off every day on my Garmin. I don’t want to be caught out again hungry watching them eat while I wait my 20 minutes before my lunch time shake 😬.
I am usually the last to eat but my free foods will be prepared before I do everyone else’s meals so that I can snack on those rather than just having a little bit of theirs 🙈. Note to self - must stop the finishing off the left overs habit!!

I have finished 5lbs lighter which is obviously a plus point but by far the best thing is I am back in control of things and feeling great.

My energy levels are up ✅ My sleep is pretty fabulous ✅
I’m inspired to cook and plan meals because I feel good ✅ and I’ve got my butt back to the gym ✅

The C9 has successfully done its job of kickstarting some healthy habits and now onwards and upwards towards the F15.

It’s underway and my goodness do I need it. I’m at the end of Day 2 and past the hardest hurdle for me, children’s dinner time on Day 2 😬😳 done and dusted. Already feeling more energised, less bloated and more inspired to cook great healthy food and get back in the gym. Onwards and upwards 😍. Looking forward to an awesome nights sleep tonight too - Day 2 C9 sleep is just the best.

I'm on my way home after an incredible 3 days listening to some of the best including Tony Robbins, Eric Worre and Pitbull. It was Inspiring, Moving, Empowering there were tears, laughs and a whole rollercoaster of emotions. As with all these events that challenge us to dig deep and grow as people there was one particular quote that resonated with me that I wanted to share and I hope everyone can take something from it.
