Good morning my wonderful friends. The next circle will be on the 12th of April at the same venue. This evening will be centred around harnessing the power of breathwork to remove mental and emotional blocks, energise the body, and empower you to take meaningful steps on a journey of alignment.
Breathwork is a powerful tool for releasing limiting beliefs, addressing holding patterns, and overcoming procrastination by fostering a deeper connection with oneself and promoting inner strength. Supported by the season of renewal we will harness the vibrant energy of spring to activate the fire within.

What is the one thing you could do today to lift your mood?
How often do we put ourselves last and prioritise work, house chores or other people? And for many of us, it happens so often that we no longer notice it becoming the norm.
The way to initiate a change is to take a first step towards a solution, no matter how small. What is one thing you can do today that you rarely do, something you do purely for fun or at least mainly?
For me, this week, it was something I rarely do - I rarely take photos. Videos - yes, but not photos.
I love photography, but I don't do enough of it for fun. I have a fairly new (purchased secondhand, as I often do) camera that I've yet to test and do a proper photoshoot with. That's why this week, I'm planning to take it out and shoot a bunch of 📸!

When we meditate, something pretty interesting happens in our brains.
They shift from the usual busy state, called beta, to a more peaceful alpha, and sometimes even to a super-relaxed theta.
This change in our brain waves affects our energy, and it's something our animal friends tend to notice.
I've been taking care of two lovely dogs for a few weeks, and it's been a neat reminder of this connection.
Just yesterday, George hopped onto my lap during my meditation, and this morning, Susie did the same. They seem to find it soothing and often end up taking a nap.
It's like a little visual proof of how meditation can make a difference.
Even just a few minutes of practice can shift our energy, affect our bodies, and clear our minds.
Animals have some pretty sharp senses, like smell and sight, so it's not a stretch to think they can pick up on our vibes.
Our pets aren't busy thinking about the past or future; they're all about the here and now.
And during meditation, it's a time when we get to join them in that present moment.

Welcome friends to my new page! It is dedicated to all things meditation, transformation and energy healing. I want to create a safe space where we can talk about things that matter on a deep level.
I am going to share how I got to practising energy healing. In short, it's a long story!
I guess it all started about ten years ago, in my mid-20s. After years of hectic and unorganised life, challenging relationships and a significant lack of grounding, I realised I could do something about it all. That was kind of the beginning of the time of inner work that started with learning to meditate.
I started exploring different styles of meditation, did an online course, practised kriya yoga for some time and then studied meditation and Vedic philosophy with a couple of teachers in person. It was a journey of a few years.
Meditation uncovered some aspects of myself and brought me a lot of awareness. I wanted to learn how to transform these aspects. This is where I found out about energy healing. In 2017 I went to Bali and started learning intuitive healing. This was a great start but I knew there was still more for me to learn.
Since then, I've been venturing into spiritual and psychic development, and now studying at the School of Intuition and Healing.
And now I am offering energy healing to you.
First, we will meet for a free 15-minute chat where I can find out more about you, and once we are in alignment, we can start the healing sessions.
All energy healing sessions I do are online, so you can receive them anywhere in the world.
