Today I was back in the classroom and it has been 28 years since I passed my motorcycle test, I completed my first ever BikeSafe course with South Wales Police in Swansea. I was teamed up with the famous (as seen on Traffic Cops) Traffic officer Buzz.
Thank you to Nick, Buzz and the whole team at Bike Safe and the traffic officers from South Wales Police. I really enjoyed the day and have learnt alot. Just need to build on my confidence and continue to learn.
I would recommend BikeSafe to anyone, if you are either a new rider or a vetteran rider. We all need to stay safe.

Clubs | ECMC ECMC Clubs can be found all over Europe from Helsinki to Rome and from Saint-Petersburg to Lisbon. Always together in the leather/fe**sh brotherhood.

Happy Muir Cap Monday. I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend. It was a busy weekend on the social calendar. Caerphilly Pride on Saturday, fantastic turn out, and thanks to the organisers for an amazing day. Sunday was our Leather Social in Cardiff. Started at the Golden Cross, then on to Main Stage and finished in Mary's. A great night was had, and we also welcomed some new members to the group. So a big thank you for joining us.

Please can you help my family? My cousins family is in need of everyone's help to find Joe.

Joe is 25 years old and was last seen on the 20th June 2023 at approximately 11 am. by his family.

The police have found his ruck sack, phone, and wallet on the beach. From what I have been told, Joe has been suffering with Mental Health issues.

As you guys and gals know, I also have issues with my mental health, and I am reaching out to you all to help find Joe.

If anyone knows anything or may know someone who may have heard from Joe, please get in touch. I have attached the media coverage below with details on how to contact the Dorset Police who are working on the case.

Thank you to everyone who has read this, and let's hope that Joe is found and he can receive the help he needs.

Caerphilly Pride and Parade this Saturday, 24th June 2023.
Who's coming to the first Caerphilly Pride?
The parade will start at 12 pm from St Martin's School CF83 1UW.
The event will then continue in the centre of the town.

Maybe if people's heads weren't buried in the sand of ignorance and they took the time to understand, instead of judging and thinking it won't happen to them because they have the perfect family, life would be a little bit easier for people that do experience this!
This hits close to home for me, for family and friends who live under this shadow.
The days of 'it' not being talked about or being taboo should be over.
In the most difficult moments of life you realize who your true friends are, and the people who really appreciate you.
Unfortunately, most social media 'friends' aren't true friends. They will send you a "like" here and there, but in reality they do not take time to read your status if they see it's lengthy. More than half will stop reading right here, or have already scrolled on to the next post on their page.
I decided to post this message in support of all those who continue to battle with their mental illness.
Now, let's see who will have taken the time to read this lengthy post right through to the end.
If you have read everything so far, please "like" it so that I can put a thank you on your page.
More mental health awareness is urgently needed. Just because you can't see it, doesn't mean people aren't suffering.
Please, try to spare a little of your time with someone who may just want to talk (about anything). Talking can help us all to cope a little more, keeping things bottled up just makes it worse.
Most people will say, "if you need anything, don't hesitate to call me, I'll be there to help you" but will they?
I believe a select few of my friends will post this, to show their support for those who may be struggling.
You just have to copy and paste rather than sharing.
I'd like to know who will take a minute out of their day to read this all the way to the end and then copy and paste it to their page, will you? If so, please write "done" in the comments.

Hi guys and gals, Happy Tuesday. I hope you are all having an amazing week so far.
This week is Mental Health Week. Many of you will not be aware, but I have suffered from Depression and anxiety for over 25 years, and most recently, I was told I also have ADHD. Most of us will never discuss our mental health with anyone, not even to our close family and friends. We just smile, and everything looks to be ok on the outside. Some people feel ashamed and also feel they will be laughed at if they say anything I know from personal experience. People need to stop and think about others. If you haven't seen or spoken to someone in a while, ask yourself why? Call them, send them a text message or WhatsApp. Ask how they are.
Mental illness is very lonely for many, and they suffer in silence, and you can't do that on your own.
Statistics show, three times as many men as women die by su***de, Men aged 40 - 49 have the highest su***de rates in the UK, Men are less likely to access psychological therapies, the NHS report only 36% of referrals are from men.
All this can paint a gloomy picture. There is alot of help and support available. 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
MIND has an online directory of peer support groups. CALM is available by phone or Webchat, The Samaritans are there as well as many other charities.
But always remember the support you need could be right with you. Your very close friends and family.
Reach out so you are not alone. Together, we can help each other and learn to be ourselves again.
