Hello everyone! I hope you have all been enjoying this spectacular summer weather and the new RPM 79! I will be back this Thursday night at 5 to ride it again! Remember Monday and Wednesday classes at 530 are cancelled until the fall but you can still get 2 evening rides in. Tuesdays at 530 and Thursday at 5. Hope to see you this week.

Hello riders! I won’t see you for 2 more weeks, other instructors requested me to trade this class and we help each other out! You will be left in great hands! This Thursday Trisha takes the 5pm slot and I’ll take her Friday ten am slot. The following week Kourtney and I trade Wed for Thursday!

Good morning riders! Enjoy this amazing summer day! Tomorrow is supposed to be humid and rainy, but the south end cycling studio has been cool and comfortable as of late! Tomorrow evenings ride continues to be a time travel theme, with a few changes and tweaks from last week. We will still definitely be Rocking Around The Clock!!!

I'm "HEAD OVER HEELS" excited about "GOING UP THE COUNTRY" on a "ROAD TO NOWHERE" tonight at 5pm! We all need a little "HOLIDAY" to make it through "THE DISTANCE" of our long week, otherwise it just feels like we wander "WHERE THE STREETS HAVE NO NAME" on a "HIGHWAY TO HELL" ! "I'M GONNA BE" riding down that "VENTURA HIGHWAY" like a "FAST CAR". When we are almost at the end of our journey we can stop for some "AMERICAN PIE" to take us up those final big hills. Even if there are just "TWO OF US", I'll show you "THE WAY"! Joyride road trip starts at Southridge cycling studio at 5pm!

This awesome spring weather has got me thinking about summer, and ROAD TRIPS! Thursday evening's ride is all about those great road trip tunes you play in your car! Yes, it's a little retro, but it will keep the pedals moving as you sing along in your brain!

It's finally SPRING!!! Time to get those outdoor legs in tip top riding shape. Thursdays ride will be similar to last weeks ride, with a bit of "tweaking". We are celebrating new RPM RELEASE 78 tomorrow! I hope my legs save a little for Thursday!!!
