Got in the 500 Reps Club. 10 rounds of 50. I’ll slowly get to #1000reps @da_rulk thanks for the challenge. • Test your mobility/strength/conditioning/coordination with some Sit Throughs. A great way to supplement any sort of training.
Plyometric Lateral Side Step Ups. Start off on a lower platform. Once you get the hang of it, work your way to a higher box or platform. If you perform these killers correctly - and fast enough, you should feel the burn in your quadriceps, hamstrings and calf muscles regardless of height - especially after a set of box jumps. Great for developing fast twitch muscles in your legs, core stability and feet coordination. • Sample circuit finisher after lower body push x 3 cycles: 1. Sled Push with long steps (10m x 2). 2. Box jumps: x15reps (fast as possible). 3. Plyometric Lateral Side Step Ups: x 20 each side. 4. Sprint 500m (fast as possible). • Let me know how you go 🤙

Body Coordination and Posture Control plays a huge role in all aspects of sports, especially in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Mastering your body coordination and control will enhance your overall strength and athleticism. Look at Gymnast and their ridiculous athleticism 💪.
I’m still a Young Jedi when it comes to this stuff 👦🏻 but I strive to improve daily! Practicing in Kings Academy of Martial Arts’s yoga room after a Gruelling No-Gi class. OSS 🤙
