In our B bracket Artie took first and received his chip for the next tournament of Champions. Adam finished in second knocking out Justin who finished third.

We had a great turn out Friday night with 35 players for singles. After the 4 game round robin we divided into an upper and lower division based on PPR. 18 players battled it out in the upper with Yetty Irwan ACL Pro battling through the elimination bracket back to the championship where she got the double dip and the win. Bob took second and Nathan finished in third. Yetty also claimed a chip for the next tournament of Champions.

Funds raised will address the national shortage of nurses, CNAs, respiratory therapists, and other health professionals.

A quick note. All City is canceled tonight. With the holiday weekend we did not have enough people signed up.
There will be 2 more opportunities to win a slot in the second tourney of Champions which is tentatively scheduled for 10/6/23. We will run switch on 9/16/23 with a late start, 7:30 pm, due to the monthly steak fry. The final qualifying event will be singles on 9/29/23.

We had a fun afternoon of bags at Knucklepuck on Sunday. 28 players turned out. Nathan and Jim took top honors with Jim's second podium in as many weeks. Jed and Rusty finished in the second spot.

We had another great turn out for singles in Friday night. Following the round Robin we broke into 2 brackets. Mike took down the top spot in the upper bracket and received his entry into the tournament of Champions. He was followed by Don in second, JLL in third and Dell in the fourth spot.
