Did you know your skin needs change as you age? So the same moisturizer you use in your 20s probably won’t cut it in your 30’s and 40’s

As we get older our epidermis thins and loses fat. Skin then looks less plump and smooth as it once did. Veins and bones can be seen more easily. Scratches, cuts, or bumps can take longer to heal. Years of sun tanning and being out in the sunlight for too long start to show, leading to wrinkles, dryness, and age spots.

So what does our skin need as we age to help fight these things?

Adequate hydration, most skin as it ages loses hydration and elasticity. So a hydrating it can help slow the signs of aging. Things to help

•Use moisturizers twice daily, morning and night
•Take fewer baths or showers and use milder soap. Warm water is less drying than hot water.
•Try using a humidifier, an appliance that adds moisture to a room.

Hey all! I just wanted to share my story with you, and tell you how it brought me to my own business!
In 2008 I enrolled in classes to become a medical assistant, it's always been in my heart to help people. "Fast forward to August 2010" my graduation date! It was hard to control my excitement, I was finally done, I set my goal and I grabbed it with both hands!
I spent the next 5 weeks diligently applying for jobs, going on interviews, and nothing... No call back, I did get one letter back, it was a nice no. However "Fate" had other plans for me;
On September 30, 2010 at 9 o'clock in the morning, my life took a devastating turn, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I went through a crazy amount of surgeries, had chemo and radiation. I found that this is where I could help someone!
I suffered through (Chemo glow) the weirdly dry skin on my face, the redness of my skin the gnarly black bags under my eyes, it was rough to deal with. The endless skin care products I tried, nothing seemed to work, believe me! Now 8 years has passed since my last chemo
(I'm in remission) and my skin has not been the same since! It seriously made me sad to see my image, my skin looked horrible, under eye bags, racoon eyes, fine lines or crow's feet were popping up, laugh lines
(no one is laughing!) I can't forget the orange peel texture of my skin! I know I'm getting older, but I finally found a way to make my skin healthy, the appearance of the fine lines and pores are really starting to diminish!
