Who is one friend that has changed your life?

My biggest successes have come from being all-in and 100% motivated to make it work because I didn’t have a Plan B! IT HAD to work!

But everyone's different and I totally get that having a B plan can make you feel clearer and less stressed, too.

There is so much going on right now and some days I just want to throw in the towel and settle. But I know I'm made for bigger things. I believe I can, so I will!

Start fresh with a new plan! And keep going! You are unstoppable – not because you don't have failures or doubts but because you keep going and define yourself by who you choose to be today, not by what happened yesterday. Go out and be fearless!

Where’s your zone?

Mine’s is lazing the beach with my love. It’s cuddling my pooch and dancing with friends.

It’s going on long drives and reflecting on a life that I love … a life that (although different to the ‘plan’) now ~is.

BUT if you're in business, promoting yourself is 100% necessary, and you need to do it regularly!

Why settle for good when you can be great? Stepping out of your comfort zone can only help you grow as a person. When you own your own business, there can't be a comfort zone otherwise your business will never strive. Be brave.

It's only Sunday but somehow it all just flew by! Can't wait for next weekend already. I'm going to do absolutely nothing and love doing it!

Goals are non-negotiable! It’s your method of reaching them that really counts. If all you do is stare at your goal planner all day they won’t manifest. Trust me I’ve tried, lol
