Volunteers spent many hours preparing the house for a multi generational family, the Beatty Family, all of whom were very involved in its’ restoration. Final inspection was scheduled today after which the family can move in and be a part of our wonderful community. This is the third house that Habitat for Humanity has helped with in our city. Great partnership with the city of Upland.
I have always appreciated the awesome volunteers in Upland. Once we can resume gatherings, I would like to continue recognition of our volunteers. These two volunteers have done fantastic things in Upland. Don Boswell (L) has made a lifelong commitment to youth sports through his dedication to softball. Ralph Cavallo (R) started with his dedication to little league and expanded to many construction projects in Upland, including the Veterans Memorial.
