We’re so excited and honoured to introduce ourselves—our names are Tom and Tatiane, and we’re thrilled to be the new owners of Fields of Vincent! We’re incredibly grateful to Mat and Lizi for entrusting us with this vibrant space they’ve built with so much care and dedication over the years.

With our combined experience and passion, we’re committed to serving the coffee you depend on, the food you love, and maintaining the warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes Fields of Vincent a true community. While we have a few ideas of our own for the future, our main focus is to carry forward the sense of connection and familiarity that this cafe represents.

It’s been wonderful meeting so many of you as we settle in, and we can’t wait to get to know each and every one of you better. Stop by and say hello—we’re here to keep Fields of Vincent as special as it’s always been!

After seven long years, Mat and Lizi will be hanging up their aprons this Wednesday the 30th of October.
For anyone who hasn't had the opportunity to say farewell, they will be sitting with us from 10 to 12 to say goodbye. If you haven't already, please drop in, have some celebratory sweets (on us), and congratulate them then!
Mat and Lizi are looking forward to visiting Fields of Vincent as customers, and experiencing first-hand the hospitality they've worked so hard to build. If you can't make it in this Wednesday, rest assured that they're not going to be strangers!

Dear Fields Family,
 
After 7 wonderful years of running Fields of Vincent, it is with a heavy heart that we announce we’ve made the difficult decision to sell our beloved café.
 
This decision hasn’t come easy.
 
With the upcoming birth of Elyia, we had to reassess our work life balance. We believe Fields deserves more of us than we can realistically provide, plus the kids are young for such a short time. Ultimately, we need to focus on what matters most, our family.
 
Fields will always be our first child. Our customers have been more than just customers; you have become our family. In our time together we’ve had the pleasure to brew over half a million coffees, train nearly 100 staff, make countless friends, and navigate the pandemic. We’ve shared many weddings, family events, and seen your families grow. We will truly miss each and every one of you.
 
We are confident the new owners will breathe new life into the café whilst maintaining the high standards that you’ve come to expect from Fields of Vincent. They are committed to maintaining our great coffee, delicious food and good vibes and will bring along a vibrant new energy.
 
Though this chapter is closing, it’s not a goodbye, it’s a see you later 😊😢.  We would love to stay in touch with you, be it a quick email update or a wine at sonnys. Our future is in real estate, so if you’d like to discuss our next projects in this field, we’d love to chat! [email protected]
