Cow Co-op is a place to explore ideas about ourselves and our relationships with animals, particularly those we eat. None of this sat well with me.
The original cow co-op is a group of caring individuals who came to the aid of myself and my steers when I was unable to afford to feed them through winter of 2010. Having come to the realisation that my land could no longer support the number of animals grazing it I reluctantly decided to send the steers to market. Given their age and weight I was advised to send them directly to the meatworks. O
