My Love Affair with Coffee
I love coffee... I mean really love coffee and sharing this love with others is something that makes me happy. I own multiple coffee makers, espresso machines and a French press because I like to try different brewing methods. I also try coffees from all over the world and am amazed at how different one coffee can taste from the next.
My latest venture is roasting coffee beans! I am learning how to roast coffee to enhance certain characteristics in the beans for the best flavor and drinking experience.
Taking a cue from my brother, “This coffee ain’t gonna drink itself!”
