After our meeting on Tuesday, the 21st, Guymon Lions Club helped prepare American Flags for the placements for Saturday morning at the cemetery, in honor of all the Veterans, for Memorial Day. Prepared almost 900 flags! Thank you to all who served in the military.

Had a great time at Lions 🦁 meeting Tuesday night ! Jeff & DG Kim Coleman, and VDG JD and Mary Koch joined us.DG Kim presented chevrons - Kelly Bressler 30 yrs, June Wadley and Colleen Michael 15 yrs in Guymon Lions Club. The Veterans in our club are Alan & Sue Weissinger, Charles Michael III, and Walter Neigebauer. Alan took them for a train ride Wednesday morning before they headed to Laverne Lions Club!

Thank you to the Scouts and parents that helped Guymon Lions Club put up the booth dividers and take them down for the Texas County Fair last week.
Guymon Lions Annual Chili and Stew Supper is Tuesday, January 17h from 5:30-7:30 at 6th and Quinn!!! Adult tickets $8, kids 5-8 are $6 , 4&under are free!

Thank you District Governor Derek McCubbin for making that long drive from Stillwater! Governor presented Lion Chris Perkins with a 30 year chevron for membership in the Guymon Lions Club. Lions Allen Weissinger and Charles Michael Jr. presented Governor McCubbin with the Goodwell Lions Pin and Guymon Lions Club pin. Boss Lion Patrick Seager holds the banner that was presented to the club from 2022 Lions international Convention that was held in Montreal this past summer. Thank you Governor for coming to Guymon! You are always welcome here!!!

Thank you to the Scouts and parents that helped with putting up and taking down the partitions for the Texas County Fair, the 104th Panhandle Expo! We appreciate all of the help.
Guymon Lions Club train will be running this weekend from 4 pm To 8 pm and July 4th, Monday 2 pm to 6 pm!!
