Hi friends! SA Monthly Magazine Food and Wine Editors Bryan Shreve and Sandra Shreve at the San Antonio’s most important fundraiser of the year, the 2019 Hot Wells Conservancy Harvest Fest benefiting the Hot Wells Conservancy located at 5503 S. Presa, San Antonio, TX 78223
Thank you Cindy at Hot Wells Conservancy. Cindy is the most wonderful ambassador and a true believer of San Antonino heritage and actively taken a key role in preserving our SA history and the history of Texas.
Sandra Shreve and I thoroughly enjoyed this preserved must see historical site, and recommend for everyone this is a worthwhile tour and a wonderful SA experience.
Over 30 chefs from San Antonio and Austin showed their gastro-pub grub making skills preparing nose-to-tail samples of meats, fish, and other inspired cuisine that is finally a refreshing change to bar food and fry or microwave everything chains.
These chefs created amazing samples, and I am nearly sure had to be prepared in the darkest of night. Knowing each were stirring a special magical potion with their own secret chef spoon and kitchen sorcery!
San Antonio is on the map as one of the top culinary destinations.
I was totally impressed with their labor of love presenting infused versions of traditional and not-so-traditional appetizers. This was a culinary magical playground.
The organizers were brilliant knowing after all the pleasures of tasting the samples, a sip of a ice cold local craft beer and experiencing mixology demonstrations is worth all the admission.
This is a true foodie paradise event and a historical treasure.
As always love and share SA Monthly Magazine posts! Thanks! Support Bryan Shreve and Sandra Shreve with SA Monthly Magazine and advertise your business with us!

Independent restaurant and bar owners: Creating a logo is one of the most important pieces in startups with branding your concept (whether BBQ or fine dining). Logos can have an enormous impact on new Walk-in traffic the first week to the first month. Just because you build it, means little to nothing to potential customers. Work with a solid plan with experienced professionals because failure to focus on the details is failed plan! & Shreve Restaurant Consulting Group, Monthly Magazine, Entrepreneur Center.

Burgers (burgers and dogs), family neighborhood restaurant located at 2325 Vance Jackson Rd. San Antonio, TX 78229 founded by Torrez. Basic good burger, fries, onion rings (ice cream too), and the fixins a real treat that is great anytime and Affordable! No fast food chain junk! This is a spot. San Antonio Restaurant Consulting

The City of San Antonio has over 4,000 restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, bakeries, and clubs. Let’s talk and see where the hot spots are and where the spots to avoid. Photos are welcome as long as photos are appropriate along with the discussion. We love to talk about food, give advise, and link up with customers and navigate our way to what is trending now. Post often and freely but professionally. We see start-ups and lock-outs nearly every week. As we travel through the city and surrounding counties, we find independent businesses struggling against the national chain stores. We want to change our lazy way of eating at chains and find the coolest culinary or entertaining experiences in SA. We know first-hand the investment small business owners give to showcase their dreams. We want to promote small business by talking about the lastest start-ups and prevent restaurant and nightclub closings. Stay tuned for comments, photos, upcoming workshops for entreupreneuers. Let’s talk about the concept and or the obsticles you face to go to the next level. Remember, businesses tend to either grow or fail based on public perception, over-confident, or under-competent owners/staff. We are here as a team to assure barriers are lowered and customers can hear about your breakthrougs on our many social media links. We have partned up with #SA Monthly Magazine for a new-age in marketing and social media strategies guided by customers who share their experiences. Rodriguez & Shreve Restaurant Consulting Group can also guide you through the maze of obsticles in new start-ups. We can also guide you to our favorite and the #1 Contemporary Magazine in San Antonio, SA Monthly Magazine and see the what is trending today.
