The McKinsey Freshman Diversity Leadership Academy (FDLA) supports the professional growth of talented, undergraduate first-year students who are Black/African American, Hispanic, Latino, and/or Native American. During our 2-day program, you will build leadership, team problem-solving, and case preparation skills, while learning more about management consulting, careers at McKinsey, and the application process for our Sophomore Diversity Leaders Internship (SDLI). This year’s program will take place May 1-3, 2020 in Norwalk, CT at one of McKinsey’s global learning facilities. Travel and lodging expenses are covered. Apply by Friday, March 20th.
