Modellazione e stampa 3D per hobby
It was a long time since I wanted to do it and finally there are. I created a page, a sort of collector, where I will post all the things I do and that I am passionate about. There will be photos, videos, 3D models, 3D printing, development of video games and much more like tutorials, cosplay etc.
I'll tell you check it out but for now there is nothing, only the video of the creation of the page avatar (temporary).
But if you leave me a like on trust I will repay somehow!

Daily practice 1/3: Ana Mask (Overwatch) [Blender 2.8 Sculpt]
First attempt to sculpt with Blender 2.8.
Unfortunately I could not make the full video, I had a problem with the recording software.
I will divide into 3 parts.
The first one (this) is just a sculpt of the basic form to have the proportions and details.
The second one will be a retopology of everything.
The third and final part will be the optimization and preparation of 3D printing.
NOTE: This is not a tutorial. It's me practicing with Blender and Fusion360. The model is not for sale.
Finally I found time for some 3D printing!
Finally I completed this project. This is my new 3d printer: AM8. All the white parts were printed with my CR10 and Anet A8. I made changes to the initial design. I changed the standard extruder with the same one used on the Prusa i3 MK2. I have updated the framework to Marlin 1.1.8. There is a bit of work to do to make it excellent.
I really like this "creative" print. Really congratulations to BQ for having thought about this type of printing. You can find model (and instructions) from BQLabs on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1170981). I used one of my A8 (the one with the least upgrade) for this print. It is not very precise but I am satisfied anyway.
Finally ready to turn my old Anet A8 printer into a more functional and solid AM8. Each white part was printed with the A8 itself and my CR10 (S3). PLA (some part PETG), 100% infill, 0.2mm layer height. The aluminum profiles instead were bought on Ratrig.
Time for some changes to my old 3D printer Anet A8. One of my first 3D printers, which still works very well. I decided to replace his MK8 extruder with a Prusa i3 MK2 style. Obviously all the parts were printed by the A8 itself.
A bit of "speed modeling" tests with Fusion 360. A simple sword from the videogame Nier: Automata. It took me just under two hours to complete the model.
Small test to see how long it takes to make this model (about 30 minutes, but this model is not very precise) . I was thinking of making a small video about how I did it (not tutorial) using the Fusion 360 sculpt.
Rifle completed! (Corsair Ana, Overwatch) Not one of my best prints but I'm quite happy. Modeled with Fusion 360 and printed with my CR10 and Anet A8. It took me about 3 days of release.
I am very happy to have been able to contribute to this event by printing these three medals. It was for a competition ("search people") for dogs. Unfortunately my dog has arrived 5 (on 17) but I'm very happy anyway. They were done in one day (fusion 360 for modeling, CR10 for 3d printing). I'm going to do a video to show how I do "bended" text using photoshop and SVG.
Finally finished the model of Ana's rifle (Corsair version, from Overwatch). The whole model was made with Fusion 360. It took 6-7 hours. There are still little details I will do on Zbrush.
Finally I started the 3d modeling of the Corsair Ana rifle (from the Overwatch). Within a couple of days I finish so I can print it for the weekend!
Finally finished 3D printing Mei's gun (from the Overwatch video game, for cosplay). It took some time because they are so many pieces. I used both the CR10 (grey parts) and the Anet A8 (orange parts). I used simplify3D as a slicer. The parts have different settings from 0.1mm to 0.3mm layer height. (You can find STL on Etsy. Assembly time lapse in comment)
A friend of mine asked me how I would make this lamp. This way: D (not a tutorial and surely there are other better way to do it)
Interested in how to make this D.Va (from videogame Overwatch) badge in less than 10 minutes with Fusion 360? Look at the video from DDDLab in the comments.
I am very glad that JustNerd (IT) used my assets for this article!

First Step-by-Step modeling ( Fusion 360 ) video from DDDLab. It's not really a tutorial but more like how I model a certain object in Fusion 360. This is a very simple model for cosplay (Mei hairpin from Overwatch). If the idea is appreciated, I will probably make videos on more complex objects in the future.
Testing augmented reality and cosplay!
Testing the cheapest filament on Amazon IT (19 € / kg). The result is impressive. 3D printed with CR10 (S3), 0.1mm, 70mm/s (200°/50°). You can find model on Thingiverse.
I am very proud to have contributed to making this beautiful cosplay by my friend Francesca Borrello ( Lachesis Cosplay). It is the first cosplay I model in 3D from scratch. It was done in Fusion 360 and printed with my Anet A8 and my CR10.
Can you use the Anet A8 for beautiful cosplay accessories? Of course yes! Look at this beautiful cosplay made by my friend Simona Fani. I'm glad I helped her make Snowball (I just printed, the post production is done by her))! All parts were printed with an Anet A8 (E3dv6 with Bowden) with different layer height. You can find STl on Thingiverse.
Another 3D print for cosplay (Overwatch, Mei). In this case, both Anet A8 and CR10 have been used. You can find the STL on Thingiverse while the screen was made by me using Fusion 360. Different parts were printed with different settings. It ranges from layer height 0.1mm to 0.3mm. Simplify3D was used for slicing. I used TIANSE PLA.
My girl trying her Mercy cosplay. All the props are printed by me, with an Anet A8.
Staff and horn model from Obsydiann Props while the wings are made by me (DDDLab).
Studying Fusion 360. Cosplay stuff (Traicer, Overwatch).
