Now that Chef Matt is safely ensconced in the wonders of the Big City, Transient Feast will be taking a turn and changing the menu up a bit. Before I issue a new menu, I would love some input from you people. Please tell me what you would like. I am open to creating a new menu that is sensitive to your sensitivities and caters to your culinary desires.
Red meat and pork are off the menu. I would like to make to order, inclusive of special dietary considerations, what you would most like to eat, whether on a regular basis or a special treat.
