Went to Aba Shanti at the Gladstone in Brighton last Saturday and met a lot good friends I haven't seen for a while.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of linking up selecta Matt Fat-Frog of the mighty Real Roots sound and was gifted this wicked dub vinyl! Next Friday we'll be blessing the Post Bar in 7 sisters together.
