Our little STARS lit up the stage last night. Thank you to Mrs. Harloff, our music teacher, for preparing the students. Thank you to Emmanuel Church Banta Campus for hosting this special event for us. Thank you to all our families for showing up and supporting our students. We even had a very special guest stop to see the show. It was a magical night!

Our students have earned a pajama or cozy clothes day, tomorrow, Friday, December 1st. Students can wear pajamas or comfortable clothes. We ask that students do not wear slippers. We are so proud of our students for working hard to fill our school's Fuzzy Jar.

Our Stars will be participating in a service project. Please consider helping if you are able.

Please ensure your child wears his/her lanyard to and from school EACH DAY. The bus badges are used to scan on and off the bus. We also use them to scan for breakfast and lunch. It's considered part of your child's uniform to wear their lanyard each day. If your child has lost their lanyard, please contact your child’s for a replacement. The cost for lost bus badges will be $2.00.

Please make sure your student has the required immunizations before we return from fall break. Send in updated immunization records, if you have not already done so. We want all our Stars to remain engaged in learning.

Parents, please make sure your students have their required school shots by the end of fall break. Starting October 23rd, students will have to be sent home from school if they are missing the required shots. You can visit perryschools.org/immunizations to view the required shot list by grade level or download a waiver. If you have any questions, please contact your child's school nurse. 🩹👩‍⚕️

Our students hopped and bopped their way into the 50th day of school. Our Stars dressed up, enjoyed special activities, and participated in a sock hop. It was great way to celebrate how much they’ve already grown since starting kindergarten.

On Monday, our Stars enjoyed a visit from our local firefighters. The students learned about all of the equipment firefighters have on the truck. They got to climb inside and sit like a crew member. Our students loved this hands-on experience with our community helpers.

Our Stars showed off their bright futures during our community helper dress-up day. Students are learning about different types of community helpers and the important jobs they do. We are having our community helper-themed Family Fun Night tonight from 5:30-7:00. We hope to see you there.

Our Fall Family Night is coming up on Thursday! Our Stars have created community helper artwork which is display throughout the building. Come check it out and learn some fun ways to practice reading skills.

PMHS Falcon football players, cheerleaders, and coaches greeted students during bus arrival today. It was an awesome surprise for our little Stars and got everyone excited about the PMHS homecoming game!

Congratulations to all of the Giants at William Henry Burkhart Elementary School! Your dedication to students is a shining example for schools around the world!

Our RPKA Stars love special area classes. Students learn about composers and color to the beat and tempo of music. They build their muscles and coordination during activities in gym. They participate in games featuring favorite book characters during library. The children use their knowledge of lines and shapes to create unique artwork. Each special area class plays an important part of our kindergarten day.
