The Message: Happiness is a choice. Cup half full. Finding the silver lining. Accountability will help. Be.present. It’s not happy when I get ___, but happy now during the process. Keeping an eye and ear out for warm energy. Imposter syndrome and the art of finessing it. Reaching and stretching. Saying the things everybody thinks, but is too afraid to speak or sing. Becoming the better you and wanting to impress the higher self.
The Process: scrolling http://beatstars.com, pondering stoned to riffs and how to enhance what's already there. Taking bits and pieces of my favorite singers and creating a blend to call my own. Testing efficiently. Saving music for the right time, but not too long that it goes stale. Pushing my range.
This project (so far for me) has been best played next to a body of water or directly after a hard workout. So yeah, do that first if capable.
I’m feeling good and want you to as well. The Ups is now out and I can’t wait for you to experience it.
