ive never been hit in the nuts 🥜 as much in such a short amount of time but the kids seem to enjoy hitting me 😂
So if your kids want to come down and give me a good hiding bring them down perfect class to introduce them into the world of boxing 🤕😁🥊

Wouldn't have thought a few months ago Id be on the path I am now but genuinely can't thank them enough for the drive and mentality they have given me
Mapogos Fight Club has always had open doors for me to go down and train blow off steam when I've been stressed and from there I started getting to help others out the same way it helped me couldn't recommend the gym enough and everyone who plays a huge part behind the scenes keeping the gym alive and thriving
Tapout Knockout Carlisle has given me a lot of self confidence in my own abilities and my knowledge to give my self that extra push feels like a second home to me you won't find a better group of people to train with and learn there's no ego's or attitude in there everyone is made to feel as welcome as you possibly can even if some days you are getting put in a arm bar 😂
If you are ever unsure about coming down and trying these places out because of nerves or anxiety I can guarantee you that within 5 minutes all your worrys and stress will be long gone and after the session is done you will feel like a brand new person physically and mentally 💪🥊👌💯
