Following the government's announcement regarding lockdown, we wanted to let our customers know that we are remaining open as we can't work from home. As we have vulnerable family members please adhere to government guidelines on social distancing. We will review this decision to stay open regularly. Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.

Dear customers,
Following the government's announcement earlier this evening, we wanted to let our customers know that we are remaining open.
Just to clarify that from Thursday 5th November 2020
1. We will no longer clean inside windows and we won't be going through the house to get to the back of the house until further notice.
2. We will continue to contact you the day before to arrange a clean so any gates can be unlocked etc to limit contact.
3. Please pay by bank transfer if possible as this is the safest means to pay.
This will be reviewed as and when as we have high risk family members.
We thank you for your patience with us as we do our best to get through this difficult time and we are sorry for any inconvenience this will cause.

It's international cat day today. 🐱🐈 I would like you to meet Steve and Natalie's cats. Our eldest 7 year old tabby and white Vanellope- the children named her from Wreak it Ralph. Then we have our black and white cats 2 years old Noctis and Prompto- we named them from Final fantasy 15 game. Have you got any feline friends in your life? July already!! Year is going quick.

Dear Customers,
Following the Government's recent guidelines on Covid-19 and social distancing in the workplace. As of Monday 15th June 2020 there will be new measures in place to keep everyone safe.
1. We will no longer clean inside windows and we won't be going through the house to get to the back of the house for the time being.
2. We will contact you the day before to arrange a clean so any back gates can be unlocked etc to limit contact.
3. Please pay by bank transfer if possible. If this isn't possible we will try to arrange an alternative method.
4. As we are a couple of months behind we can't guarantee to keep to your required clean arrangements. We will do the best we can.
We will review these measures frequently.
We hope you are all keeping safe and well. If you are shielding and don't want us to clean your windows feel free to let us know.
