As a follower of Christ, we all have a part to work for his kingdom. God has a perfect will for his people. What happens when we work for our fleshly desire against his will? We will become weary and burdened. Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

Humans' yoke is filled with their desires and dreams. It can't give your soul rest; instead, it can make you restless. But here Jesus says to take his yoke and says learn from him. Taking his yoke means obeying God's will and his command. To serve God. Here we have an instructor. Jesus says: learn from me. As his followers, we need to follow his words and actions. We need to learn from him. When we do that, we become his true followers, His true disciples. We need to serve God just the way Jesus did. The first step for it is to accept the will he has for us. Even Jesus himself said that, (John 4:34 “My food,” said Jesus, “is to do the will of him who sent me and to finish his work.) Here, Jesus compares God's work to food. That means doing his father's work can only satisfy his hunger. (Matthew 9:36 When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.) His hunger was for rescuing us from sin. And there was only one way to suppress his hunger, That was finishing the work of his father (To die for our sins). As a follower of his, did you have any compassion towards those who are harassed, oppressed, and helpless? Or are you busy building your own comfortable path? Matthew 9:37-38 Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”

There is someone who is waiting for your help. 🌾
Go and find them. Just like Jesus found you.

Title: -Take upon his yoke and work.

"When a river flows at a very high speed, you don't have to try to swim; you will go with the flow without any effort. However, if it leads to a high waterfall, you risk losing your life. To prevent that, you can try to swim against the flow, but this time, it requires a lot of effort because you are swimming against the current.

This analogy applies to life as well. When life is chaotic, deciding to quit your efforts and go with the flow is a wrong decision. By doing so, you become a slave to your circumstances, making you a loser. On the contrary, when you try to swim against the flow—meaning not giving up, hoping for a good future, and working towards it—you will never become a loser (2 Chronicles 15:7: "But as for you, be strong and do not give up, for your work will be rewarded").

"In the Bible, we can see a woman who swam against the flow. Ruth had been widowed and childless. Her sister Orpah departed after Naomi presented many impossibilities to continuing the journey to Israel with her (Ruth 1:11-13). Naomi said, “Return home, my daughters. Why would you come with me? Am I going to have any more sons, who could become your husbands?” After hearing all these impossibilities, Orpah returned to her God and her people.

But Ruth did not leave Naomi. Naomi said that "the Lord's hand was turned against her." Ruth also knew they sinned against the Lord because her husband was an Israelite, and she was from a pagan nation. God commanded the Israelites not to marry among the pagan nations. That's why both sons died. But she did not blame God for all her misfortunes. I don't know what made her make that decision to believe in God who forbids their union. I only know that she believed and hoped that God would accept her. It was hope against the circumstances (Ruth 1:16).

Both Naomi and Ruth swam against the flow. They were both widows, the most disadvantaged class in the ancient world. They faced oppression and didn't know where to live, work, or get food. But they had only God. God guided Ruth to the field of Boaz. She came as a worker and later became the owner of the field. Ruth did not look at the impossibilities. She believed that the Lord of Israel would never forsake her. That was the only reason that motivated her to swim against the flow (Ruth 2:12).

We serve the same God who provided Ruth with everything, and that same Lord will never forsake those who take refuge in Him.

Seeking help is not a sign of weakness. Sometimes it is the bravest decision. We seek help from others. But what do we do if we do not find anyone around us to seek help? Or have no courage to share it with anyone. Both situation is scary. But don't worry about it.
As the Bible says: ("Psalm 118:8-9" It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in humans. It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in princes.)
"It's good to seek help from people". But in some cases, they also have limit to help you. That's why the psalmist says it's better to take refuge in the lord rather than humans.
How to take refuge in the lord? Through prayer... Prayer is not a ritual but it's a conversation between the creator and the creation. Even if people around you get tired of listening to you, His ears are always open to every single word you say. As the Bible says: (Psalm 18:6 In my distress I called to the Lord; I cried to my God for help. From his temple he heard my voice; my cry came before him, into his ears.)
In the Bible, we can see a helpless woman, Hannah (1 Samuel: 1-2) She had nobody to help her, but she took refuge in the Lord. Hannah was childless. And get mentally abused by Peninnah. Everyone fails to comfort her. So she went to the temple of God. And she shared her all worries in front of him. God answered her prayers and she gave birth to a beautiful son who later came to be a famous prophet,(Samuel).
Like "Hannah", God is also waiting for us to come and ask for help. Rather than doing it on your own and getting troubled. seek help from God. He is always faithful to those who find shelter in him.
(Luke 18:7 And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off?)

Most of the people are very quick to judge others. Sometimes this judging mentality can completely break down a person. Maybe a simple word of ours can collapse their whole world.
you may be a person who became a victim of it. "you are not good for anything", or "You are such a burden "....... so many voices like this will make you feel unworthy. How will this happen? It happens when we start to judge ourselves with their harsh words. Doing that means We are saying yes to their words. But, a person who has Jesus on his side does not have to feel bad about himself or herself. Because words of the world do not describe who you are. You are "chosen" by the creator of this universe for a special purpose. If the world is telling you that, you are a fool, The Bible says Proverbs 1:7 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction. So are you a fool or wise? If someone says you are such a burden, Here the Bible says: I have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you." - Isaiah 46:4.
So, from this, I want to tell you that, You will hear a lot of harsh voices from the world. But, where did you get comfort and an encouraging voice? It's from The Holy Bible, which contains the words of God.
God never came to this world to judge us. Because he never likes to mock or judge you for your weakness. He came to save and help us. (John 3:17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.) Through His power, he works in us... Sometimes it looks impossible for us but he makes it possible. (Philippians 4:13 I can do all this through him who gives me strength.)
If someone tries to put you down remember this verse. It will become your strength. Always remember what God says about you, not others. What God is saying about you only matters.

Give thanks to God in all your circumstances...
Sometimes it's hard. Sometimes it's easy. it's based on the nature of our problems. If you are a person who is going through a tough time and loses all hope it's normal for a human to complain to God. In our strength, we have a limit for enduring difficulties. when we complain, our faith will lose and satan wins. So, during tough trials, if we want to pray to God instead of complaining, it need a high strength.
These times you can rely on God's word.
I would like to introduce a verse. ( Isaiah 40:29-31He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall, but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.) It's a very powerful verse that gives you strength from above. In some hardships, we can not do anything with our strength... So at that time, we need to seek the power of God. the power you will receive from reading the Bible. Because every word from the Bible is not from humans it is from God. and it contains power. When the devil whispers lies in your ears. Do not believe him. He is splitting full of lies. Devil's words only torment you, suffocate you. Make doubts inside of you, weakness the strength of yours. But, God's word gives you comfort, strength and motivation. So which sound you should like to believe? If you wish to have peace in your mind you need to believe in God's word. The word gives you strength in your weakness. And the strength turns your worries into prayers. Just like in the prison when Paul and Silas worshipped God just like that, we will also be able to pray to God and give thanks to him during our difficult times.

Why we need the holy spirit is because our flesh has a sinful nature. (Romans 7:18-20For I know that good itself does not dwell in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do—this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who does it, but it is sin living in me that does it.)
Paul the Apostle wrote the chapter Romans. So, he is a great man whom God used for ministry. But he also struggled with sin. Sinful thought is normal but turning the thoughts into action becomes sin.
Paul had a very close relationship with God. But still, Paul has struggled issue with sin. Paul himself has no strength to overcome his flesh with his ability. So just think about us... Do you think that we have any special power of our own to win over sin?
We do not have..so for this, God gave the Holy Spirit for us. (Romans 8:26 In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness.)
When we receive the Holy Spirit inside of us we have a great helper. You can talk to the Holy Spirit and ask for help. He will help you. When any sinful thoughts arrive into your mind pray to the Holy Spirit, and ask him that give you the strength to overcome the sinful desire of your flesh...
Are you a person who is a Christian but still struggling with some of the fleshy desires? Seek the Holy Spirit. Pray in tongues. because sinful desire is from the evil spirit. Only the Holy Spirit can fight with these evils.
Romans 8:12-13
Therefore, brothers and sisters, we have an obligation—but it is not to the flesh, to live according to it. For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live.

This world is like a desert. Everything is dried up. In this desert, we all are searching for some water to remove this dryness. They are searching for a spring in this desert. But this world contains a lot of mirage. In their journey, most of the people misunderstood a mirage as a spring and walked towards it. when they reached to there they got the realisation that it was a deceptive reflection of spring.
After the realisation, most of them blame themselves and have no courage to continue the journey to find the real spring or they may think that they will never find any spring in this desert and they are trapped forever in here.
But in this desert-like world, a spring is waiting for you that is Jesus. Nothing else can give a coolness to your soul but only he can do it. He said that
(John 4:13-14 Jesus answered, “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”)
And everyone is welcome to drink the water that he gave. We all are sinners in this world. we do not deserve to go near to this spring. But because of his love and mercy, we received his permission to come near to his spring... He knows you are tired, he knows you need rest...he knows the burdens of this world are heavy and the journey is very difficult... But he is saying to you now:come and drink this water and take a rest
This spring not only quench your thirst. But also it gives you peace (Psalm 23:2 He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters)
It refreshes your soul ( Psalm 23:3 he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake.)
This water is free and it gives eternal life. (Revelation 21:6He said to me: “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I will give water without cost from the spring of the water of life.)water of life here means eternal life. we don't have to face the second death. ( Revelation 21:8But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.”)
If you turn away from your sin and repent, God is faithful to forgive you and remove all the dryness from your life.
He is the only spring that can make you alive forever.

Following Jesus is the most heroic thing that you have ever done in your life. There are a lot of activities for you to show your heroism in this world. But, real heroism is when you decide to follow Jesus. Not only following but also doing his will is also a matter that needs a lot of strength and courage.

Jesus said that ( Matthew 7:13-14 “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow road that leads to life, and only a few find it ) walking through a narrow path and facing so much hard spiritual warfare, and at the same time, spreading salvation and saving lives from the pit of sin and making them also a hero is not just a simple thing to do. It needs a lot of courage and strength.

We have watched so many superheroes on television shows. But, most of them destroyed the bad people and saved the good ones. This is the image of a hero in movies. But, we need to know about that one and only hero who saved his enemies.
(Isaiah 53:5 But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds, we are healed.)

We were once his enemies, we all sinned against him and went to evil. But, he gives us the chance to change our title from "enemies" to "his children "(the superheroes).
(Hebrews 2:14-15
Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might break the power of him who holds the power of death—that is, the devil—and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death.)

Those who follow him are also superheroes. Don't ever get discouraged by the battle that you are now facing. He will be with you in your every circumstance and provide you with the strength to fight the battle. (John 14:12 Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these because I am going to the Father.)

You are a hero :)

A home is a place where we feel happy and safe. But what happens when we don't feel it? The happiness the safety? Where will you find these all? Where will you Go?
We all wish to live in a happy family. If it's not then you are suffering inside of it. Some people choose to leave home and others have no choice but to stay inside of it and suffer. They wish but they can't...
I am going to introduce you to a home. Where you can feel safe and happy. There you will feel alive no suffering. No pain no fear no insecurity can attack you. Because you are now in the safest place. The Home I am calling is the Holy Bible. You may think it's just a book! But I will say it's not just a book. But it is a home. When you open the Bible you are opening the door of a home where God is waiting for you to chat with. You may be asked where is God? I will say open the Bible. Every word inside of the Bible is the word from God that is written by some of his disciples. They are the writers, But the words are from God. So, when you read the Bible God is speaking to you.... All the verse is comforting you. It gives you strength... Read it, meditate it, say your worries to him and he will surely answer.
Don't look at this as just a book. but it's your home. You are welcome inside of it. Don't be scared just go and live inside of it.
You are my refuge and my shield; I have put my hope in your word.

Are you a person who still struggling with your past? Past is finished but still, at some point in our life, it comes back again and becomes like a chain. Sometimes it suffocates us. Make us feel like we do not deserve a better future.
How to know if are you a slave to your past?
You will be afraid to hope for new things in your life. Some people think that they may get hurt again, some think they do not deserve a good future, and some people have a fear of facing the future.
These all thoughts come from a person who is still living inside their past.
How it will affect your life? Because of all this, you will live a suffocated life with fear confusion, pain, and self-hatred. The past thoughts become a chain and it will lock you inside of a cage.
If you are a Christian or a non-Christian we all face these types of situations in our life. Some of us were rescued from it. But there are still people who don't have it yet.
I will introduce you to a solution to this.
2 Corinthians 5:17 -Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!
What a beautiful verse that gives new hope and encouragement to move forward to a better future. When the people around you judge you for your past here Jesus is calling you to come to him. He doesn't care what kind of past is yours. He knows everything about you. He is willing to break your chain and set you free...
He says the old has passed away, past is gone.
He will set you free and give you a better future.

Title: - forget the past and move away with Jesus

John 8. In this chapter, we can see how Jesus rescued and forgave a woman who had committed adultery. She was forsaken by everyone. The Pharisees brought her to Jesus for using her as a weapon for trapping him. They want to see how he will forgive a pr******te. Because it's impossible to save her and break the law. and in their eyes, she was now similar to a person who was drowning in the middle of the ocean where there was no escape but to be ready for death. The Woman also has no hope. Because she knows that she sinned and Even if she asks for forgiveness from the people, nobody is going to forgive her. Maybe she also had shame which makes her think that she does not deserve any mercy from anyone. Everyone treated her like she was the worst sinner among them. At that time she heard a different sentence.“Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.” In that one sentence, she finds hope, forgiveness, comfort, love, and safety. Everything that she had not received in her whole life covered her in that one moment.
And the people go back without saying any comments. because, from this, Jesus was saying that everyone is a sinner. Jesus came as a light for this world. So, light responsibility is to spread the light into darkness. There is no type of darkness just like there is no Type of sin. Sin is sin.
If you put a lamb into the darkroom it gives light to the whole room. Just like that it doesn't matter what is your sin he is ready to forgive you if you repent.
Jesus came to save the sinners. So, if you are a person who feels guilty about your past sins, or you may have any thought that Jesus will never forgive you I will say he is waiting for you. All you have to repent to him and ask his forgiveness. Every sin he will forgive you. Just imagine a father who lost his child years ago, and still he is waiting for his return with hope. He wasn't tired of waiting. He is waiting Isaiah 1:18“Come now, let us settle the matter, says the Lord. “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool. The Bible says truth. This is his promise. and he will never change his promises.
But once you repent to God, just like Jesus said: Go..and sin no more.

John 20:19
On the evening of that first day of the week, when the disciples were together, with the doors locked for fear of the Jewish leaders, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you!”
From this verse, we can see fear is the villain here. Because of the fear they are locked inside of a room.Have no courage to get out of this room. The fear made them think that they would be safe forever if they did not open this door and stay inside it. But, they are the disciples of Jesus. And how they will sit inside this room forever. Sitting inside of room never gives them peace... Because the fear is with them now. also, They will never feel they are safe. Because they are expecting something bad will happen next. So, then what is happening to them?
The truth is fear is from satan. Because Jesus' disciples are not meant to stay forever inside this room they have to preach about Jesus save the poor people from their sinful lives, and give peace to those who also live with fear and restlessness.
They have a lot of duties outside that given by Jesus and satan knows that if they start to save the people from his hand he will lose. So, he used a tool that is called fear. But, Jesus came and stood among them and said peace be with you. Because he knows what his disciples now need the most. "Peace"..those who have no peace in their life can understand the true value of peace. (John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.) don't be the slave of fear it will lock you inside the cage(it can be your comfort zone also).
You have a beautiful life ahead of you. The devil whispers a lot of lies... But look into Jesus. And break the fear.....
Isaiah 49:15-16“Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you! See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me.
He said: we are now at his hand... So which evil can harm you? Nobody can take you away from his powerful hand. Nothing can harm you.

God created us in his image, he gave us the chance to live in the beautiful garden. but we broke the rule and sinned against him. And God banished humans from the garden. It is not because he hated us.

but because just think about a situation where we have no death and we have to live on this earth forever with this sinful condition. Genesis 3:22 And the Lord God said, “The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever.”

we face difficulties and painful situations in our lives. but during that time we have Jesus by our side, We have hope that after we finish this journey on this earth, our Father is waiting for us to come back to him in heaven and live with him there forever without any pain or suffering. On this earth, we have a comforter, who can help us.

If Adam and Eve try to eat the fruit from the Tree of Life, our life will be equal to hell. Even if we cry for help nobody will come to rescue us. we will stuck inside of this worst condition forever.
God knows everything, so he banished Adam and Eve from the beautiful garden. and gave them hardship. but, these hardships will one day end, God knows that perfectly. Job 14:1“Mortals, born of woman, are of few days and full of trouble.
So we have a few days here and no need to live forever in this world with this sinful body, and these worries.

What a kindness God has shown to us. We have difficulties but still think about it, We have Jesus with us, and we can pray when we face any obstacles in our life. Jesus can hear our prayers and we have someone to lean on during our hardships. Just think that you are completely lost and depressed and you have no comforter and you have to live this life forever on this earth with the sinners, and everyone is lost and depressed and sinful like you, and you have no other choice but to continue this suffocation forever. What a dangerous life...! Just think about his mercy for us. He gives us a little punishment to save us from a hell-like situation.

so, that he can only give us his one and only son for the sacrifice of our sins and win back us. On the cross, we can see the depth of the love of God for us. And after that, God gave us the most important person in the Holy Trinity, the holy spirit. through whom? Yes...Through Jesus, we received the holy spirit.
See, he gave us all the things he had. the beautiful earth his wonderful creation where we now live, and his one and only son as the sacrifice for our sins and save us from hell, and the wonderful Holy Spirit, to guide us and help us through our journey. He gave us all the things he ever had.

Are we also like that? If God asked you for your time, don't you like to spend time with him? If God wants to fulfil his perfect will on you, would you completely reject your ways and plans and follow his leads? Think about it. Psalm 40:8 I desire to do your will, my God; your law is within my heart.”

Job 5:7 Young man is born to trouble as surely
as sparks fly upward.
But the difference is if Jesus is by our side we are less burdened. If Jesus is not with us then we will be like the little stone inside of the water, stuck inside the glass forever without having the ability to go up to the water like the leaf.

Philippians 4:6-7Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
So from this, we can say that overthinking
and life burdens are swallowing humans
nowadays. but give your all worries to Jesus.
and be free.

Why did they reject us? Because they do not know the truth."

( John 15:21 They will treat you this way because of my name, for they do not know the one who sent me ) they don't know about God. so they are under the rule of their flesh.

( Romans 8:7 The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so ) so, how they will accept Jesus as their saviour? Only by sharing the gospel with them. so always remember that we need to pray for them. pray that, oh lord please open their heart to you. Prayer has the power.

they may reject us, but we cannot do the same. if we reject them who will going to save them from the fire pit? so, Pray for your friends, your neighbours, your family members everyone who doesn't know about this truth. God will open their heart one day. Miracles can happen at any time.

so, don't be Concerned about the rejection and the pain. ( 2 Corinthians 6:10 sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; poor, yet making many rich; having nothing, and yet possessing everything )

This world is temporary so the pain that comes from this world is also temporary. remember that.

( Romans 8:17 Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings so that we may also share in his glory ) so, every time pray to God, to get the strength to finish this race.
