We are offering a unique opportunity for teachers to bring a student
and gain more practice & experience & confidence teaching our program.
We will work on different issues or common mistakes that come up with
a mixed group of students. Review what to focus on correcting, new
ways to cue, create breakthroughs for your student, find solutions or
modifications for various challenges.
Instructors will overall become more experienced with Module 1 & 2
material. Learn more about how to structure a class, assessing
students, different ways to encourage & improve them. We will also
discuss what to target, spotting potential alignment issues & what
exercises can be used to use to correct them. Get help with specific
issues your student may be having.
Each session will start with a group lesson of 1.5 hours with
instructor & student. There will be a 10 min transition break for the
student to leave. The last 35 mins will be for teachers only. Only
12 spaces available in the course. Cost is $210 usd for the 3
sessions. Open to all certified teachers Module 2 and above.
Students must be 8+ years and have good focus. Please contact us if

Exciting News! January 20th & 21st!
Our popular Instructor Education Course- Contortion Foundations is back!
Designed for instructors who are teaching contortion classes, advanced
flexibility, or who have students who want to incorporate contortion
elements into their training.
The course is Live Online- 6 hours long, 3 hours each day. We will
discuss the strength training needed, handstand progressions, leg &
hips flexibility, shoulder & upper back flexibility, general training
plans, back flexibility technique, foundational back exercises to
prepare for contortion, and progressions for a few contortion
elements.
The course will be held January 20th & 21st, 2024.
The cost is $250usd ($345 CAN, £205, €240). Demo students will be
provided by AF. We highly recommend being certified with Alixa
Flexibility in at least Module 1 before attending. Spaces will sell

Create a mindset to enjoy flexibility. Your body won't be able to relax and improve if you are dreading stretching. Relaxing during stretching is very important to improvement. Make sure you aren't trying so hard that you are tensing. Focus on breathing and positive visualization. Use massage, micro rocking, or small vibrations to help your brain relax during stretches.
