Harper's Super Striker
This is an easy to use adjustable popping cork that will out fish and outlast any other cork on the market. Short jerks create sounds that get fish to bite
Altamaha River Sportsman - S1 Ep5 - Gators In this episode, Cricket goes out on two trips to catch two different gators with successful results.
When my two favorite hobbies collide. Painting... and fishing. I grew up fishing on the Altamaha with my dad. Now that I have two boys of my own, my husband Blake and I take them fishing as often as we can. There is no greater feeling than watching your cork disappear. Whether you feel weight on the other end of the line, or a wave just happens to roll over it, my heart starts pounding either way. Some of our best memories made as a family have been out on the boat or in the woods. Find a hobby that gets your heart racing. I've got a few!
I've lost count of the hours spent on my feet working on this. Each morning I'd wake up eager to start working on it again. This is the first painting of my own that I will be keeping for myself.
I used my Harper's Super Striker for reference. They always get the job done while we're out on the water!
This painting is not for sale, but prints will be available to purchase soon! Stay tuned.

I went fishing this morning, but after a short time, I ran out of bait.
Then, out of the corner of my eye, I saw a cottonmouth with a frog in his mouth.
"Frogs are good red fish bait," I thought to myself.
Knowing the snake couldn't bite me with the frog in his mouth, I grabbed him right behind the head, took the frog, and put it in my bait bucket.
Just then, I realized I had a problem, how was I going to release the snake without getting bit?
So, I grabbed my bottle of Jack Daniel's and poured a little whiskey in its mouth. The snakes eyes rolled back and he went limp. I released him into the marsh without incident and carried on fishing using the frog.
A little later, I felt a nudge at my foot.
There was that same snake with two more frogs in his mouth.
Life is good in Georgia! Happy 4th!
On behalf of the Mobley family, we’d like to announce the passing of our number one. Cricket lived a life he loved, filled with family, friends, hunting & fishing. We are deeply saddened to let him go, but we know his days are free of pain. Throughout this time, we have had so many people supporting Cricket, and we cannot thank you enough. We will never forget the kindness shown to us. We hope that in the future when you bait a hook, sit in the blind, or sip a cup of Mud, you think of him.
