We are pleased to announce that we are now offering sewer camera services. If you are having reoccurring issues with your sewer/septic, or if you unable to locate your septic tank without digging, we can now locate it! Give us a call at 506-364-7138.

As we move to the green phase overnight, masks will no longer be necessary for our staff or customers. However, if you would prefer that our employees wear masks while inside your home or business, they will gladly do so. We ask that if you are feeling unwell to please call and reschedule. All of our staff have been fully vaccinated for some time, for your protection and ours. However, we still ask that you please give us space while we are doing our job. Please be advised that we experienced a technology communication failure between our water treatment plant and water tower early this morning. As a result, residents may experience discoloration in their water, as well as low pressure. Our Public Works crew is currently attending to the issue with watermain flushing in strategic areas and we hope to have it resolved soon. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

COVID-19

We understand that even during pandemics, plumbing emergencies will arise at any given time. We will continue to follow the same regulations laid out by the Public Health Agency of Canada. We ask that all customers who require services, either previously scheduled or new, call and talk to Cory (506-364-7138) so that he can ask the appropriate questions, take extra precautions and measures, assess our response, and evaluate the necessity of our service on a call-by-call basis. We want to stay safe and limit the number of dwellings that we have to enter. Therefore, depending on the urgency, your plumbing issue may get placed on a list and will be attended to once it is safe to resume operations as normal. We will advise if anything changes. We thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.

We would like to take a moment to thank all of our customers for their patronage in 2019. We wish you all of the best this holiday season, and look forward to serving new and existing customers in 2020.
