I finish for the Christmas period on christmas eve last appointment at 6pm and open again on the 27th of Dec, then close my doors on 31st of Dec at 6pm then re open on the 2nd as normal! Good afternoon!! Sorry for the quietness but I've been really busy preparing for yet another course! Finally remembered to take a photo of some nails so here is last nights set for a client going on holiday! xx

So let me share a - what wasn't very funny at the time but is now funny - story!

This here is a magpie which frequents my garden and has gotten used to me feeding him and his little girlfriend (I'm assuming it's a he here) that he decided to pop in!! For a visit!! Do notice that this is my kitchen and that this is my kitchen tap that he is sitting on!! I thought at first I was being broken into or maybe a cat had gotten in! Nope!!

So! There was me in my moment of horror not knowing what to do and I phoned my mum, my friends and finally the sspca who if anyone knows from trying to phone them they take forever to come out!! The stupid bird couldn't have flown out the way he came in?!?! So much for intelligent! And what's worse he was making that much of a rackit that he was attracting his girlfriend!! 🙈😂

So I decided to be brave and ran in, open the kitchen window, shove it open with the brush handle and proceeded to say "shoo!! On you go!"

Moral of the story : my nails are that fabulous even the magpies want theirs done. Maybe next time though he'll wash a few of my dishes or bring me something shiney for my distress 😂

Wowweee!! When did that happen? My page is over and above 500 likes now! I can't thank people who come to me and let me to do their nails, lashes, tans or pedis. You've all kept me training, going and trying new things. I truly appreciate those who come to me to be my models and those who have become my friends over a period of time. From cups of tea, chinwag and laughter with each treatment, I'm truly thankful for you all! Here's to many more busy days and cups of tea with such a lovely bunch of people!
