Queens Park, Heywood and Spring is rolling in! Great to see all the new, green vegetation coming through but I really love the tall dead grass! What a glorious sound when a gentle breeze catches it! 🙂

Cowm Reservoir, Whitworth yesterday. What a glorious, sunny Spring day. Met some friendly geese, ducks and dogs on the stroll around the reservoir and spotted a Cormorant and a Grey Heron sunbathing on the water ski ramp in the centre. So lovely to get out there again. 😊

Had a brilliant time at Victoria Baths, Manchester over the weekend. Lovely to meet my customers new and returning again and for things to feel a little more 'normal'. Thanks to everyone involved in organising the Winter Fair this year, safe environment and easy parking. My Etsy shop is open again now if a little depleted. Must get those needles out again. Here’s little Mole fast asleep and snuggled up nice and cosy. Poor Mole fell down a light well, couldn’t get out and then decided to hide inside a gap in a wall. She was very hungry and dehydrated when she first came in a couple of days ago but doing well now.
Each year we get several hedgehogs that have fallen down light wells so if your house has one then please consider covering it over in some way to stop this happening.

The Victoria Baths, Hathersage Road, Manchester are having their amazing Winter Craft Fair again this year and I will be there! Yay! Check out their website as you'll need tickets for safe access to this stunning building. The fair will be held on Saturday 13th November and Sunday 14th November. I'll post more details when I get them but pop this in your diary for now. 😄

Monday was a whole school assembly at the Wharton’s Primary School, in Otley, talking about hedgehogs and getting everyone excited for their community hedgehog trail.
