If it wasn’t for the 40min of cardio I have to do, I would definitely stay in but it’s on days like this that I like to pamper myself. Get a facial, read a book, listen to nice music...possibilities are endless!

I was told something very true on New Year’s Day: there’s no point in giving yourself . It only puts pressure on yourself and if you don’t reach those resolutions you beat yourself up. how about we change that word into . Ask yourself every day what you can do to make your day better; don’t think about the whole year. An evolution is a step-by-step process so ask yourself a new question every day and work on it. You will slowly be introducing new habits into your life without even noticing:

CLOROPHYLL 🌿🌱🍃

So yesterday I went grocery shopping and stopped at the supplement isle because I needed some iron.
While I was looking for it, all the way at the bottom of the shelf, a little green bottle caught my eye. "Liquid chlorophyll" it said. I picked it up and read the benefits. Holy cow I was surprised! This was like a little bottle of magic!
I like to do some research before I start taking supplements, as most of them are just a waste of money (will be talking about that in a next post), but I grabbed two bottles and once I got home I started googling away.
I can't believe how many proven benefits it contains! Here is a little picture with the main ones.

As you might know, chlorophyll is what gives plants and vegetables it's green colour.

I have only just started taking it, so it's too early to talk about my experience, I just hope I don't turn green!! 🐸🐸

The one I take is from the brand "Grants" and you can find it at Coles, in the vitamin and supplements isle, all the way at the bottom. Why it's all the way at the bottom I don't understand. It should be at the top! Probably because bigger brands pay more to have their artificial products promoted...
