Seems that there are only a few thousand millionaire taxpayers who derive the majority of their income from capital gains, and thus, pay at the lower 'Buffet' rate. Begs the question, if this portion of the tax code only affects a few thousand people, why has it become the focal point of Obama and the Democrats?? Why have they made it seem that this 'unfair rate' applies to all millionaires, when in fact this group's average rate is 29.1%??
