I have had two different potential customers today ask me about selling my items in a different place other than FB. I would be curious to hear any input from my fans about this. Does buying on FB make you uncomfortable? I use an app called Soldsie, which is known as "comment selling". When you find something you like and comment SOLD under the picture, you must then register. To register, I think you click once maybe twice to allow the app to collect your email address that you used to sign up with FB. After you register, you will then receive an invoice in your email folder with a link to pay with Pay Pal. I never see your information other than your email and your name and shipping address. Nothing that any other website you purchase from might see. I don't collect information and send unsolicited messages to you. Now, with all that said, I'm not sure what FB does. It may share that you made a purchase in my store on your newsfeed. I know this is a relatively new concept, but so far it has been working good. And it is far more cost effective and less time consuming than an actual website for me. That allows me to offer free shipping and also list more items. Please let me know your questions or concerns! I need to know this! Thank you for your time!
