Expanding Hearts

I don’t think anyone escapes difficult days, challenging events, hurts or traumas.
For it’s in navigating through these difficult times in our life,
That we can discover
More of who we truly are.

As Rumi says, “The Wound is the place where the light enters you.”

Go there. Sit with all the murky feelings.
Be gentle. Yet not denying.

Can we find full self acceptance?
This is where Self love resides.
For we can transform our shadow side and faults into strengths.
May we discover and Honor those strengths and gifts cultivated from the grit.
As we do—our Light amplifies.🌟

2024 is the Summer of Weddings in my world.💍

For some, I am a guest sitting back witnessing the occasion. 💕
For others, I am called on to officiate. This heartfelt calling came to me in 2011.
It was strong as I had to release old traditional familial patterns and trust my heart.

What experiences in life open us to see beyond old paradigms? To look, feel and see beyond the past conditioning?

As I’ve witnessed my path and countless others;
We are reminded over and over- it’s an inside job.

In order to truly offer greater love outwards….
We first must remove blocks to inner self love, amplifying our full self acceptance.

In self -love , we self assimilate….
Gathering up parts we have lost to traumas, Painful memories and swallowed beliefs that were not in alignment with our authenticity.

Bringing all these pieces to the conscious Light. And Home to the Heart.
Dissolving, releasing and purifying the emotions and beliefs;
We manifest a higher life.

This lift in consciousness assists the body to heal and we carry higher states of contentment, inner peace and love for others…

This love sees our interconnectedness.
Observes the mirrored reflections without judgment.

As we are walking through great transformative times right now - please remember

The desert was calling once again and I am so grateful I was able to go. 🌵🏜️

Sometimes our intended journeys do not go as we may have planned in our minds.
I had great intentions to connect with several friends; yet that did not fall into place.
The ones I did see were perfect.

The time spent hiking, connecting with family and savoring the sun were a gift.
Being reminded over and over to Trust the flow…

I became very cognizant of the current planetary and cosmic energies.
As I felt the building going into this week’s equinox,
I knew I had to come home and be in my healing space with high vibe tools.

Our thoughts, beliefs and emotions are constantly co-creating.
Have you noticed how what you are thinking of, is showing up faster?

We add energy to whatever we focus on.

Are we fighting something? Feeling great negativity? Then we Add to that which we do not want.

Much is falling away. For us individually and collectively.
It’s the only way change and
the new can come forward.

Have we witnessed how we hang on to the old?
Are we more attached to specific outcomes, than we realized?

What if you knew your dream was on the other side of letting go of something not serving your highest any longer?

May we go deep within- notice all our beliefs. Are some ready for an upgrade?
May we all follow our heart centered inspirations.
Trust ourselves more.
Be the love.

How many of us struggle with vulnerability?
In truth, we may not even fully recognize our lack of it, as we unconsciously numb it, cover it up, run…
Especially in relationships, We find some excuse around an area that just wasn’t working.
I know this- have done it.

What does it take for us to go deeper…?
To Find the underpinning fears and limiting beliefs operating?

Ask ourself,”what is something in me that if they found out, see it or know it, that I won’t feel worthy of connection/love/ acceptance?”

It all comes down to our sense of worthiness.
We all took on beliefs and sense of self from our early childhood, (school, families, culture, religion etc)
Were we praised only for achievements or preformance?
For me, I felt more loved by the attention I got having all A’s, or being the “good helper.”

How hard are we on ourself to get those good grades? What happens if we don’t?
How much people pleasing do we do to get attention and approval?
What comes up when faced with new experiences and people?
Our self worth is based on connecting to our goodness. Our soul self. The divine within. Inner focused.
It’s more than self esteem… this is usually still outer focused.

It takes courage to feel safe allowing ourself to be fully seen for who we are.
Deep old fears of rejection and abandonment may come up.
It takes courage to be imperfect.
It takes courage to go beyond all the awards, looks and grades and fully know we have Value. Worth, deservingness.

Stepping into allowing ourself to feel vulnerability is where our greatest opportunities to expand into greater creativity, joy, love etc. 🩵

May we choose to keep blasting through
healing our old hurts, wounds, traumas and limited beliefs to bring our
Shining True Self Worth to the forefront. 🌟

I’m savoring my last couple days in Savannah… 🤸reflecting as the Super New Moon coming in.

We are in Transformative Times!⭐️
This New moon is showering us….
To open to the New… to Create…
To take action steps toward our dreams.
We are in a big restructuring time.

Our Souls know the way.
To deepen our connection to this knowing, we must enhance our awareness, and discernment.

As we deepen our connection to our true self- we deepen our Listening. Our Observation, without judgment.
You know those moments where you just KNOW something is not right for you. Or something is.
Even though the Mind may scream “that makes no sense!”

In nonjudgmental observation we see how many of our challenges have been there to assist in gathering up parts of ourselves lost to trauma, and painful memories. To bring in greater development of spiritual gifts we may not be owning yet.

Bring all the pieces to the Heart.
Connect with the inner child. Give ourselves the love, support and nurturing we tend to want others to give.
As we Clarify and purify,
We Elevate…we lift Consciousness and Heal far from more than ourself.
Greater Harmony can flow…🌎🌑

Even after we grow into adulthood-
We continue to carry our inner child aspect- a sub personality within us.

This aspect carries forward our old hurts, wounds, traumas and beliefs.
Along with our childlike curiosity, being present, connection and joy.

It is up to us at any age to Protect and Nurture this Inner Child, for a healthier happier life.

Most of us took on limiting beliefs and life scripts in childhood. Such as “I don’t fit in.” “There is something wrong with me.”
“I’m not good enough.”

We are not here to hold blame and judgment on those who instilled or enabled these beliefs.
We are to take responsibility for recognizing when they operate and hold us back from living our truth.

To heal the hurts, and traumas and find our goodness.
Recognize our God given talents and gifts.
To shine the Love we are to ourself and others.

Do we allow others to treat us poorly?
How do we nourish and nurture ourself?
What boundaries do we have to keep this inner child safe, loved and honored?

We activate this precious aspect through Play. Creativity. Listening within. Connecting to nature and animals. Being inquisitive and curious. Being Present to the Moment right here right now.

This enhances our manifesting and co-creative abilities for the adult life we are living.💕

⭐️ Notice how your body feels in different environments. Listen within and Choose wisely!

⭐️Nourish the body well… lighter foods and lots of pure water. The body wants to adapt to the higher frequencies to stay healthy.
⭐️Do you have tools you are using such as Breath work, yoga, quiet contemplation and less distractions.
⭐️ Nature is the ultimate support. I notice much more quickly what a walk outdoors can do for a rattled mind and body right now.

⭐️Protect your Life Force Energy!

I have spent more time in deeper inner communion and contemplation over the last couple of months.
Remembering Every Day -Every Moment
Can be a New beginning.⭐️

Reflecting on my 2023;
I wanted to be conscious and claim what I gained through all my experiences.

I was clear I wanted to continue to release remnants of old patterns - focusing on lack, limitation-
“What did I NOT accomplish or do good enough”

For these old patterns and habits no longer serve the highest good -
Stepping into greater Clarity, Truth and Trust.

To Be very Aware of the Power of our words.
To continue to step out of old comfort zones (and look at what stops that from occurring😉)
For the growth and expansion to continue. 🤸🏽‍♀️

Deeper recognition of the importance of forgiving ourselves - for can we truly see how we did do our best with our
state of consciousness at that time?
To forgive and release others.💕

And now make a new choice…
With the greater discernment. Empowerment.
And endless Gratitude for all the gifts, and lessons.🌟 remember gratitude to ourself.

In this 63 rd year my goal is:
More joy-pleasure-play-and
loving up on those who show up.💙
(Some deep Capricorn traits continue to need unwinding!)

2024 will ask much of us.
Where is our focus?
What are our intentions?
Why are we here now?

May You Live your best life- may you savor the precious NOW moment.
Trust yourself through the challenges sure to show up.
Expand the Love YOU are.

How many of you are in the throws
Of the OLD falling away?
Or a sense that what is in your life is going through a big mix-maxer?

I have been sensing “new” for awhile,
Yet I wasn’t clear how, what, who??

When I became more clear and recognized some choices were no longer coming from inspiration,
But from obligation;
It was time to let go and choose differently. What IS my inspiration now?⭐️

This coincided with symbology showing up in other ways-
My car which I loved got totaled recently. (So sad for that deer)
I loved this car taking me across the country a few times.
It literally feels like an old friend leaving as I empty her out.

However, in the whole scheme of life, and having lived through tragedies.
This is still just a car.
And is an affirmation
That a different vehicle is to accompany me in my next new chapter. Another birthday around the corner 😳

Other seemingly small things are changing, and falling away.
Plans made are not falling into place the way I had expected.

Ha! When did we think we were in control. 3rd chakra: trust divine timing!

I’ve witnessed through the years
As I’m going through things,
Most often, others are too.

May we pay attention to the messages within our body, the signs in our environment and the whispers in our Heart.
As I hear for us -
“Be Brave Dear One….
You are just getting started…
This one precious life
Needs You and your unique gifts
To trust -living out loud all that you are.
Find the magic
See the Beauty
Feel the Love.
For you are Not alone.
You are so Loved and deserve because you were born!”

We build self love and worth
When we surround ourselves with others
From “I see you…
Even When you are hurting. I choose to sit with you, love and support you until you are strong and believe in yourself.”

It is
The one who listens and holds space without judgment.

It is-
“I see your true essence.
That is beauty . Your heart is so precious. That it helps me remember who I truly am.”

And it is-
The one who apologizes when they slip up. When we fall into patterns from our humanness of old hurts and project to others.
Remembering the healing power of forgiveness ….
Especially toward the self.

We all deserve to be nurtured, encouraged, loved and supported…

Find that in your life and watch what flows from the place of true Self worth.
That Divine being having a very human experience here now.💞⭐️

This past weekend,
I had big opportunities to remind myself to step back- let go- surrender more.
Can I trust the unfolding and get out of the way ?

For it is not our responsibility
To Heal, Fix or Change
Anyone else.

It is our Responsibility
To claim our own Energy.

Letting go of the ego’s need to control,
BE-ing in our Heart Center.
And witness more.

Have you been Ghosted-
And struggled with how to deal with it?

Perhaps some of us have been the “ghoster “ ….

Having been the recipient of several ghosting experiences.
I have learned a lot through them.

First,
I will always do my best to lift above that behavior and not ghost another without explanation of why it’s time to step away.

Secondly- DO. NOT. Take. it personally.
I know this is where most of us easily go!
Thinking we did wrong
etc.
“What if I had….”

Ghosting is always saying something about the person doing the disappearing act.

We don’t know what is going on in their life in that moment.

And
They do not have the ability to have deeper conscious communications at that time.

I can sometimes sense their energy and see their inner struggles. (Truth chakra often)

I’ve learned to take these opportunities
To look more closely at myself.
Spending time with The inner work of rejection, abandonment and triggers of
“I’m not good enough.”💙

Truth is
those are illusions. You deserve. You are Enough.

Take time and Give to ourselves
What we are wanting from another.❤️
Trust your own path…
What if this person going away
Is opening the space for something more magical?⭐️

What if we look at all our past loves as Initiations
to True Love.
Releasing regrets, forgiving- especially ourselves, and taking forward all we gained

To create more Joy in our Now moment. 💃🏻

This year, came with a fun surprise…
Not only are Mitch and Dylan still here,

Braden got down on his knee and asked his love, Elisha, to marry him.
She said Yes. 🎉🩷👏🏼
I am excited to be gaining another daughter into our tribe 💗

We are enjoying this sweetness and joy as there have been sad events in the family again recently.

I am forever reminded through these experiences to
BE present…
To the very moment.
Much is here for us-
to share.
To receive.
To love.
We are all connected and affect the ALL.🌎
May we love up on each other a little more this day 💕

When we are ready-
The “old” can fall away.
Be Released….
Making space for a higher vibe.
For the new to come in.

Our body and energy field store
All our prior traumas, hurts, conflicts and pains
Until we are ready to release the resistances…

Sometimes it happens spontaneously.
And sometimes while consciously doing a healing practice.

Today during soma yoga
An energy congestion in the back of my heart opened…
Releasing and flooding me with sadness.
My guidance recognized I held an old anger there. As the anger dissolved
the underlying hurt or fear can surface.
To be acknowledged.
To be accepted.

What a gift this was.
Tender beautiful memories and gratitude now flow for that person and the experiences we shared.

Nothing is random.
There is always more behind appearances.

May we harness our courage and tenacity to continue to release
that which no longer serves
our Highest.
Then witness the body,
Our mind,
Our outer experiences…
More miracles await.
