TOM: FROM 21 BAGS TO ONLY 1 PER WEEK AT CLÍNICA LAS CONDES IN CHILE
Thanks to the touch-free operation, 12 TOM units were recently installed at Clínica Las Condes in Chile as part of Vigatec's (Orwak’s distributor in Chile) and Aramark's project to enable visitors at the health center to dispose of their waste without having any direct contact with surfaces. It contributes to increased safety and cleanliness and a reduction of 21 waste bags to just one per week!

TOM AT RE-TECH IN SEOUL NOV 26-28, 2020
Re-Tech, a green innovation platform and an international trade fair for waste management & recycling starts today and runs for three days at Korea International Exhibition Center in Seoul. The company ACI is one of the exhibitors and has TOM and an Orwak baler on display.

TOM CRUSHES CARDBOARD FOR COMPOST
Trevor Whyte’s newest employee, TOM, is only 1.48 m tall and sends a text when he’s had enough. THE POST, a local Perth News Paper in Australia, recently published an article about TOM being busy crushing compostables to a seventh of their original volume at The Orange Box Café at Leighton Beach close to Perth.
The cafe owner Trevor: "TOM holds the equivalent of seven 240 L bins and he takes food dregs, lids, cups, plates – everything we sell!"

McDonald’s Chile is committed to improve its waste management, so it installed smart automatic waste bins, achieving a significant reduction in waste collection and in several of its locations. Thanks to TOM smart bins, provided by Vigatec - Orwak's distributor in Chile, bag switches occur only 3 times a day vs 3 times per hour before during rush hours!

TOM'S TOUCH-FREE CONCEPT CONVINCED TOMMY BEANS
Vigatec, Orwak’s distributor in Chile, supplied Tommy Beans quick service restaurant with two TOM units. TOM gives Tommy Beans the opportunity to contribute to the environment and save operational costs.

The restaurant recently reopened with the implementation of sanitary measures. TOM waste bins provide hands-free operation, and their sensor-based automatic shutter ensures greater hygiene for the user. The touch-free technology is in high demand today, as it offers increased safety by reducing the spread of infections.

The raquet sport padel (paddle tennis) is becoming increasingly popular. In Jönköping one of the most modern Padel Arena's in Sweden recently opened. It has 5 courses and approximately 900 visitors per week. TOM just moved into the reception area and will work hard to keep the arena clean and all the visitors happy!

Hi! I have got a new great location in the heart of the The Hague City Center! They serve delicious food here at BIK Frietwerk, a special french fries shop! TOM

TOM was very active at the exhibition "Total Facilities" in Sydney. He worked hard at the busy cafe on location and got a lot of attention from the visitors. David Picone, Orwak's representative in Australia, comments: "We got lots of leeds and positive feed back for TOM, who looked his best at all times".

The cleaner liked that TOM didn't need to be emptied and was not seen at all on the second day until he was summoned! According to the cleaner, the standard bins typically got emptied 6-7 times a day before TOM made an appearance and replaced them...
