Spectacular healing event yesterday! We bio-tuned so many people to raise their vibration on our comfy chair and on our crystal mat!! People were leaving with smiles and feelings of hope, joy and peace. Fun day with friends and meeting new like minded friends. Hollistic health & wellness is a blast! 😁

This is an 10x Gold Award Winning Graphic Novel based on my life growing up in a cult here in California. It’s a young adult, romantic, inter-racial romantic comedy. Each page is full color and it’s a story of women empowerment and trying to better myself after being raised in an abusive company that enterveres with children’s education, their dating relationships and has harsh views and disproval on pretty much everything, including very terrible views of le****ns and g**s. After leaving the cult, I pursued education, getting involved in local community work of protecting children, housed numerous international to foster adult students and then wrote this book, all while raising my 4 children and running my businesses (both in the financial sector). Please come join our parent & children event this Sunday at the Children’s Silver Dance Studio in Roseville! It’s give things in one! Yoga Dance with sound instruments for 2 songs, it’s breath work, self esteem wellness, reiki, deep meditation and sound healing/ bath. Afterwards we are serving drinks and doing crystal readings and have products that are high power, low cost and natural to calm children and help them see positive intentions and have better dreams. It’s a light hearted event for all beliefs, it’s for you to connect to your belief system and also honor and love your body. We love working with children and also help bonding them with their parents.

Please anyone with children or grandchildren can join us! I am teaching yoga dance for children, breathwork, self esteem, grattutide & empowerment woven through excercise and the deep meditation that follows the movement portion this Sunday at noon at a children’s dance studio. Children get to be little musicians as well with mini sound tools we brought for their tactical skills. The last part is sound healing with very unique instruments on and near the body and visiting and crystal craft after the healing event in the adjoining art room. Eye masks are provided.
