My goal with this page, my youtube channel, and blog is to place the soundtrack of life back in any many lives as I can. I would also like to encourage others to embrace their inner daydreamer in order to keep their hearts young! Being surrounded by music and books have always been a priority. With my audio book series (Daydreamers) we will travel to a world of make beieve over and over. Hoping in the end to encourage the same happy interactions between parents and their young ones.

Peel away the cocoon

A few shots (courtesy of ) from my Tai Chi workout that I have been using to counteract issues with carpal tunnel. It (for me) combines meditation, stretching, and mindful movement. Add to that the clear mind it leaves behind. Great workout when it's cold outside.

and probably full winter in Canada. Yesterday a tree fell behind the chalet and scared the holy moly out of us. This is a tree leaning the opposite way of the car. CRAZZZZIIIEEEE!

Layers make a great stir fry?
-tofu lightly coated with cornstarch
-added to sunflower oil, salt, pepper, and garlic
-add in chopped broccoli
-then add peeled and cut carrots
-throw in Bellpepper
-top it off with frozen Asian stir fry
Whollah...enjoy with soy sauce and sriracha!

With a solemn look I up
There is a crack now more prevalent
It can no longer be ignorant of it's presence
It is now at the forefront of my mind
So I stick a light in the corner
Partnered with a tree of light
That reminds me that I am still here
I am a person of consequence
I see the crack growing
Now that there is no way to patch it
So I'll let it stay
As a reminder to never go back
