Who cares if Starbucks Canada is 20 cents more a cup? You don't get insulted, and you get better coffee.
For shame Tim Hortons
Wow. Had to leave a 12$ order at the drive through window because your debit machines were down.
That part didnt upset me, but the NERVE of your drive through employee did. I travel all over canada, and Tim's is my goto for coffee... or was.
I roll up to the drivethrough sign, place my order, and get no notification of your debit machines being down. No big deal right? Either you give me a free coffee, or I drive on. No harm, no foul.
NOPE. Instead I get a completly inapproriate response of "What part of our debit machines are down is so hard for you to understand?"... and then I watch her throw my order in the trash, and I get told to move on.
HOW the heck is this acceptable customer service? I'm a Newfoundlander, and I can't fathom the idea of being rude to somebody, LET ALONE the idea of being rude to a customer like that while working a retail role.
What the heck are you teaching, or not teaching, them?
I was so embarassed, I'll never go back to that store. Maybe never another Tim Hortons.
Truth.
Boom. .
