KNITTING CLASSES

I will be offering two knitting classes starting the second week of January. Each class meets once per week from 6:30-8 PM for four weeks.

Maybe Santa wants to give you the class in your Christmas stocking! Or get new class supplies each day of Hanukkah!

First class is an Intro to Knitting for beginners. In this class we learn how to cast on, knit, purl, and do simple increases and decreases. All of these skills are used in your first project - a washcloth. This class is held on Thursdays staring January 12.

The second class is designed for intermediate beginners who know the basics but still need to learn more skills. In this class we use/learn a different cast on, the magic loop technique, following simple charts, cables, and gussets. These skills are combined in a fingerless mitts project. This class is held on Tuesdays starting January 10.
