Community Announcement:

My apologies for posting this late. Community Court will be in person on October 26, 2021 at 10:00 am. Please note that COVID 19 Health Restrictions and ERFN Emergency ByLaw are still in effect. So please wear your mask at all times and remain 6 feet apart.

Limited seating will be available during court hearings. Screening will be available upon entry.

If you are not able to attend court, please have someone stand for you with your plea (guilty or not guilty) with a plan of your desired outcomes in relation to your charge(s).

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your legal matters, I will do the best of my knowledge to assist you and appoint you in the right direction.

Remember, this does not need to define you, as you can find an opportunity to do better. Regardless of the outcome, we are all on this journey together. Have faith and courage, you will be ok.

Respectfully,
Dale Apesis
Justice Coordinator (Temp.)

Be Kind Online!!

Bullying and the Law
Bullying can be a traumatic experience, and some forms of bullying can even be considered illegal. These include:

*Criminal Harassment
*Uttering Threats and Extortion
*Assault
*Child po*******hy
*Identity Theft/Fraud
*Defamatory Libel

Did you know in 90% of bullying incidents, peers are present and watching. Yet bullying often stops within 10 seconds when bystanders intervene.
