In these times of isolation the organs that will suffer the most will be the liver and gall bladder. They are the yin yamg pair the lver being yin the GB being yang.
Symptom will be mainly depressed anger. Frustration. Blame hopelessnessI blurry vision
Stress and alcohol can really dage the liver
The liver is ome of the most important engines in the body (along with the kidneys)
The liver is stimilated by exersise BIT MAINLY BY SOCIAL INTERACTION.
To fix the liver we must also fix the gall bladder as they react with each other
There are foods that help both. (See first comment for basic guide) And eccersizes also postures from yoga forms and acupuncture
In Taiji we use slightly different versions of postures from the Yang form wth a hold at the end.
(Step back and repulse monkey and lift hands these step in differently from the fom and come out differently)
These really rimg out and refresh the liver and GB

Buddhist say be glad of you suffering coz it will teach you (something that you need to learn in this life, for the next), (but bare in mind , the goal is an end of suffering and peace ) some people think its all karma, do bad and you will bad, do good and you will get good .... and hat is true... but if we do either (and it's hard to forgive those that bad to you... but then again you can see that as your Karma... the things that happen in your life are not a punishment or a reward .... IT'S AN EDUCATION Kx

JET LAG: Funny thing I saw a You tube video 'Yoga for jet lag' yeah you can go through the twelve ..organs till you get to the hour you are on then stop ... long way round ..
Firstly to explain the chi moves through the 12 meridians during 24hrs ... in each organ/meridian for 2hrs .. this is due to the sun's... gravity ... draws the chi up to the top of the head at midday..and down to our feet in the middle of the night ...in between it flows through the main 12 meridians ... every two hrs has a separate organ that the extra chi is in.... 11am to 1pm it's in the heart .. etc
(here is a simple organ clock- I am working on an app for a full on http://www.astrodreamadvisor.com/Qi-Cycle.html)...
So here is the thing, when you jump times zones your body clock is in the wrong organ for where the sun is... the body clock is still trying to work through the organs from where it was... the real chi'd organ is where ever the sun is..... this leads to internal confusion... the answers is to reset the body clock .. this is done by doing the 'Three circle 'standing' zen meditation' .. As this send energy/chi through all 12 meridians at the same time, when you stop you land back to where ever the sun is
Traditional Chinese Medicine Organ Times In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), there is an organ clock that represents the time of the day when each organ is functioning optimally and has the most energy. There are 12 organ systems and 2...

The Yin and Yang internal moves are more complicated then some realise, training these take time but really help to be able to understand and master your body. Firstly lets look at the basic yin and yand, then at the 9 levers that are used to issue force

people often ask me about qi/chi here is a good basic article of qi in tcm http://yang-sheng.com/?p=194

Sometimes the key to change and let go of the things that oppress your and your life.. is a 5% degree shift, such a small change, via the right Qigongs to balance you... but like someone that walks with a limp for years they start to think that is the right way to walk, and when cured find the adjustment.. the ease, hard to accept ..
WANT the cure, you may feel for a short time that you have lost what drives you.. but you will get stronger in mind, body and spirit... loose the limp and the crutches.. are you ready ?
''Stepping up to seven stars' the stance from Taiji has a more then one meaning …
The the original meaning of seven-star is "plough," (the Orion star system). The foot work in Taiji is based on this, the group formation of sword teams from Wudang Temples are also based on the Orion star pattern (where a few can defend against an army by rotating in the pattern).
Seven stars also refers to the seven key acupoints on the body that are aligned in this stance like Orion. when this happens we are 'ready' for all possibilities, we are aligned with the force of the universe and the doors of the universe open to us.
This is also an attitude… When we find our self's unsure if we should or shouldn't for fear of the unknown factors of what will happen next… 'Step up to Seven Stars' and deal with what comes with confidence
'In time the body learns to follow the hearts desire'= Yang Lu'chan. This not only refers to the fact that in time (with practice) we learn to move and flow how we REALLY want to.. it also questions how much you 'desire' perfection of form and to what degree … 'cause thats what you will get too

This a really good article, goes for Qigong and Taiji too. It's NOT about false joy ....and the illusion of feeling good (after all excessive joy in TCM is a' disease' of the heart caused by inbalance.. the same as an addition to crack or Colcaine.. it's an avoidance.. a false high that leads to depletion). It's the real steps to truth. Some people might find this alarming, to loose things that discipline us, that comfort us.. but only in real darkness can we find true light.. it's a bit like the night sky, in the light polution of the city we can not see the stars we need a dark sky to see the stars.
