Timeline for Friday:
8a-5p - deliver in your designated slot. All crafts must be in place by 5pm (GATE R @ Nissan Stadium) TEXT 615-428-2526 when you pull in
6p-8p - Team BBQ onsite
8:30p - Site closes for the night, secure crafts for any possible weather
Timeline for Saturday:
7:30a - All team members must be in your hangar area
9:15a - JUDGES (& possibly media) will come to talk with you and inspect your costumes, craft, etc.
11a - Hangar Area is open to the public
12p - Anthem, Presentation of Colors
FLY TIME
4p - Presentation of Trophies
9p-11p - Official Team After Party at Tin Roof Broadway
11p - After Party Open to the Public
