Through SchoolCycle, Girl Up aims to help eliminate one of the biggest obstacles keeping girls out of school: distance. A bike can help a girl travel quickly and safely to and from school. That way, she can obtain the education she needs to create a better future for herself, her family and her community. So far Girl Up has helped provide 750 bicycles through its partner UNFPA in Malawi and Guatemala. This year, Girl Up is aiming to increase that number in a big way!Helps us provide 1,000 bicycles to girls in Malawi so they can get quickly and safely to school and achieve their dreams. Throughout the giving season, every donation of $125 helps provide a bike, spare parts and maintenance training. On only, all donations will be matched so a gift $125 will be DOUBLED to give two girls bikes to get to school.
